My Story

My father ensured that I complete my B.Ed. at the stage of my life when my son was barely 3 months old and I had to leave him behind with my parents in Hisar to write my exams in Delhi. I took up teaching by chance and not as a passion as my son was not getting admission in the prestigious school that I selected for him. Taking the route of getting in the school for teaching and thereafter getting my son along seemed to be an easier option, however, I never thought that this would lead me to fall in love with children and take up teaching and administration throughout my life. God blessed me to work with some of the prestigious and best schools in our country.

Teaching and administration has blessed me with lots of learning from various managements and get me closer to lakhs of children and beautiful families. International exposure in various training and enrichment programs (China, Australia, and the University of Twente, Netherlands, Japan, Geneva, USA, and Brussels) helped me to get an edge in order to bring the schools at a higher pedestal.

Very early in life at age of 35 years, I became the principal and founded three amazing schools in Gurgaon- Amity International School, K R Mangalam School and Mount Olympus School. On 1st august 2022, exactly after 33 years and six months of performing an active role of Teacher/ Principal/ Director, I resigned to take up a bigger mission of my life- A mission to transform 1 million lives by accelerating their personal and spiritual awakening through social media. (YouTube, Instagram, Podcast, LinkedIn and one on one sessions).

Blessed abundantly with a beautiful family, my parents, my in-laws, husband, son, daughter-in-law and my granddaughter have always supported me in everything that I have ever tried. My heartfelt gratitude to every being who has come across in my journey of life teaching me, guiding me, inspiring me and completing me. I cherish the presence of everyone. Any amount of words are less to thank God for this beautiful life that I am blessed with.

Ambition & Vision

“Nitty Gritty with Dr Neeti Kaushik” is an enriching journey of introspection, self-realization and self-
enhancement on a personal and spiritual level. It is a series of transformational sessions which are
personally guided by Dr Neeti Kaushik.
Dr Neeti Kaushik has been an educationist who has contributed 35 years of her life to establishing and
expanding some of the prestigious Schools of Gurugram and has bagged numerous awards and
accolades for her enormous contribution to the educational world. Being a renowned author with over
50 books on life skills and value-based education under her name, she has played an instrumental role in
motivating people to become the best version of themselves.
Post her fulfilling and enriching journey in the field of education, she is now expanding her horizons
globally and working towards her new calling – impacting the lives of 1 million people by helping them
on their journey towards personal growth and self-enhancement. Her new area of contribution is
certainly not newfound and had been brewing for a few decades before she could change her dream
mission into a reality.
“Nitty Gritty with Dr Neeti Kaushik” is the brainchild of her heartfelt desire to serve humanity and help
people who are struggling with the personal or spiritual areas of their life, and just need the right
guidance to bring about their well-deserved positive transformation.
Dr Neeti Kaushik takes pride in having the answers to some of the most existential questions covering
the entire gamut of “how to live a truly abundant life” and offers easy-to-use remedies for the nagging
problems which often disrupt our lives in unknown ways. She guides people with the little changes that
can be incorporated into one’s daily life, to see a substantial impact on one’s well-being.
Her guided sessions not only help the uninitiated to get an insight into their own lives (life’s quest,
dreams, fears, goals, joy, beliefs, and areas of opportunities) but also provide practical, crisp and easy-
to-implement remedies, making the transformational journey exciting, motivational and truly result-
oriented.
She offers consultation and guided sessions which are focused on one’s personal and spiritual growth –
Meditational practices, Chakras, Astrology, Numerology, Manifestation Techniques, Creating Impactful
Vision Boards, Crystals Guidance, Moon Meditation for Empowered Emotions, Simple healing practices
and the Impact of Emotions and Importance of being Grateful.
