The One Ritual You Cannot Afford to Skip This Month
Have you ever stood at the banks of the Ganga?
Or have you watched those thousands of ordinary people – from every walk of life – who travel miles just to take a dip in the Ganga? At Haridwar, at Prayagraj, at Varanasi?
There is something in that image that has always stayed with me.
It is said that the Ganga Snan washes away the weight of bad karmas accumulated over many lifetimes. Now – I cannot speak to all of that. But I know one thing with complete certainty.
Water purifies.
Think about it. After a long, exhausting day – you step into the shower – and something shifts. The heaviness in your chest loosens. You feel lighter. Clearer. More like yourself again. Even a simple glass of water, when you are completely overwhelmed, gives you a moment to breathe.
Water does not just cleanse the body. It moves something on the inside too.
And on 1st May – under this Full Moon in Scorpio – we are going to use that power of water in the most intentional, most transformative way you have perhaps ever experienced.
| But I want to be honest with you – this is not a gentle practice. This ritual will ask you to look at something most people spend their entire lives avoiding. Not their failures. Not their problems. Their hidden truths. If you are ready for that – stay with me. |

What Is the Full Moon in Scorpio – and Why Should You Care?
Full Moon is the time of completion and release. Whatever you have been holding – emotionally, energetically, mentally – the Full Moon gives you the power to finally let it go. This is why our most powerful release practices always fall on a Full Moon. The energy of this phase supports release like nothing else in nature.
Now, this Full Moon is falling in Scorpio. And before you wonder – this video is not just for Scorpios. This Full Moon energy affects every single one of us, regardless of your sun sign, your moon sign, or anything else.
What Makes This Full Moon So Unusually Powerful?
There are four things that make the Scorpio Full Moon particularly intense – and all of them work together.
- Scorpio is a Water Sign – and water is the element of emotion, depth, and the subconscious. Under this Full Moon, everything that has been buried beneath the surface begins to move.
- Scorpio is ruled by Pluto – the planet of death, rebirth, and deep transformation. What Pluto does is strip away everything that is no longer real or true for you.
- Scorpio is also connected to Mars – the planet of raw energy and power. This gives the Full Moon an intensity that pushes things to the surface, whether you feel ready or not.
- Scorpio is the sign of depth, truth, and transformation – It does not allow anything to stay hidden. It goes all the way in, and it illuminates what it finds there.
So, when the Full Moon rises in Scorpio, this is what happens within you:
| What This Full Moon Illuminates Within You 1. Emotions you suppressed – will rise – 2. Truths you avoided – will surface – 3. Weight you carried silently – will ask to be released – 4. Patterns you kept repeating – will become impossible to ignore – 5. The parts of yourself you never fully faced – will come forward This is not something to fear. This is your invitation to finally be free. |
Two Crystals That Will Make This Ritual More Powerful
Before we go into the ritual itself, I want to share two crystals with you. You do not need them to do this practice – the practice is complete without them. But if you have them, keep them beside you, or simply hold them in your lap as you go through each step.

This crystal has a very particular gift – it helps bring hidden truths gently to the surface and supports deep inner cleansing. It is the perfect companion for a ritual that is asking you to look at what you have been quietly carrying inside.
Ruby Zoisite

This is a crystal of emotional healing, heart release, and transformation. After you face your truth – Ruby Zoisite helps you soften into the healing. It holds you as you move through and out the other side.
You may place them near your water bowl, or simply hold them for a few quiet moments before you begin.

The Hidden Truth and Water Release Ritual
This ritual has four steps. Move through them slowly. There is no rush here.
What You Will Need
Before you begin, gather these items:
| Item | Purpose / Notes |
| Bowl of clean water | The central element of this ritual – your personal Ganga |
| Tissue paper + gel pen | Gel ink dissolves in water, making the release visual and powerful |
| Gangajal or Moon Water | Optional but powerful – makes the water sacred and intentional |
| A quiet private space | You need to be undisturbed – this is deep inner work |
| Snowflake Obsidian | Optional crystal – brings hidden truths to the surface |
| Ruby Zoisite | Optional crystal – supports emotional healing and transformation |
Step 0: Cleansing Your Energy Before You Begin
Because Scorpio is a Water sign, we begin by cleansing our own energy with water. Choose any one of the following:
- Sprinkle Gangajal lightly around your space and gently over yourself
- Use Moon Water if you have collected some
- Take a salt water bath before you begin
- Mop your space with a few drops of salt water
As you do this, hold this intention quietly in your heart:
| “I cleanse my energy of all heaviness and emotional residue.” “I prepare myself to face my truth – with honesty and with courage.” |
Take a slow, deep breath. Close your eyes for a moment. Let yourself arrive – fully, completely – right here and right now.
Understanding What This Ritual Is Really About
I want to take a moment to talk to you about something. Something I have reflected on deeply in my own life.
There are truths we carry within us – quietly. Not because we are bad people. Not because we are dishonest. But because we are human, and sometimes we move through situations without fully looking back.
There are moments where we hurt someone – and told ourselves it was justified. Moments where we said something harsh – and moved on without a second glance. Moments where someone needed us – and we simply were not there. & Moments where we let ego win over love.
We keep moving forward in life.
But these moments do not move forward with us. They stay – in our body, in our energy, in our subconscious – as unreleased emotional weight. And this weight quietly shapes how we feel, how we move through the world, and what we unconsciously carry into every new beginning.
This Scorpio Full Moon is not here to judge you for any of it.
It is here to help you face your truth – and finally free yourself from it.
Step 1: Writing Your Hidden Truths
Sit comfortably. Settle into your body. Take one slow breath in – and exhale completely.
Allow yourself to drop into complete honesty – without self-judgment, without justification, without the usual inner commentary that softens everything.
Now ask yourself these questions:
| The 5 Questions to Ask Yourself |
| 1. Where did I hurt someone – even if I convinced myself it was okay? |
| 2. Where did I say something that stayed with them long after I forgot it? |
| 3. Where did I ignore someone who genuinely needed me? |
| 4. Where did I act from anger, ego, or fear? |
| 5. Where did I let my ego destroy something that mattered? |
From what surfaces – write down only 5 truths. The ones that feel the heaviest in your heart. Not the easy ones. The ones that actually carry weight.
For Each Truth, Write in Three Parts:
| Part 1 – The Truth Write exactly what happened. No softening. No justification. “I spoke harshly to someone who genuinely cared about me.” Part 2 – Acknowledgement “I accept that I did this. I take full responsibility for it.” Part 3 – Release “I now release this guilt. I choose to learn from this – and to grow.” |
Write slowly. Feel every word. Do not defend. Do not explain. Just be honest. This is the most sacred thing you can do for yourself right now.
Step 2: The Water Release
Now take your bowl of clean water. Add a few drops of Gangajal or Moon Water if you have it – this makes the water sacred, intentional, and energetically powerful.
Place the bowl in front of you. Keep your written paper beside it. Then place your right hand gently into the water.
This is your releasing hand. And this water – right now – is your Ganga.
Just as people travel miles to immerse themselves in the Ganga and surrender what they carry, you are doing the same. Right here. Right now. In the quiet of your own space.
Start reading what you have written – slowly. Out loud if you can.
As you read each truth, feel it moving out of you, through your hand, into the water. The water is receiving it. The water is taking it from you.
Do not rush. Let each line land – and then let it go.
If tears come – let them come. If they do not – that is okay too. The water is working either way.
Step 3: The Final Release
Once you have finished reading, gently pick up your paper.
- If you used tissue paper with a gel pen: Place it into the bowl and watch the ink slowly dissolve into the water. Watch it disappear. This is your release becoming visible.
- If you used normal paper: Tear it slowly into pieces, then dispose of it completely.
Then say – within yourself, or out loud:
| “I have acknowledged my truth.” “I release this guilt and this emotional weight.” “I allow transformation to begin within me.” |
Pour the water down the sink – or flush it. Dispose of the paper completely. This is your closure. This is your release. It is done.
After the Ritual – What to Expect
After this ritual, you may feel emotional. You may feel unexpectedly lighter. Or you may feel deeply quiet inside – a stillness that does not feel like emptiness, but like space.
All of it is right. All of it is healing.
To help your energy settle after the release, sit quietly and listen to the White Tara Mantra. White Tara is the goddess of healing and compassion – her mantra will hold you gently after this release and help everything integrate within you.
Simply close your eyes, let the mantra play softly, and breathe.
You have done the work. Now let the healing settle in.
A Word I Want to Leave You With
You are not defined by your past.
You are not the sum of your worst moments or your most difficult choices.
& You are transformed by your willingness to be honest about them.
The moment you said – yes, I acknowledge this, this happened, and I am ready to release it – that was the moment your healing began.
