First Full Moon of 2026 | 3rd January: A Powerful Cancer Full Moon Ritual to Align Your Entire Year

Happy New Year.
As we step into 2026 together, I want to begin by wishing you peace in your heart, clarity in your thoughts, and emotional strength for the journey ahead.

A new year always carries a special kind of energy.
It feels like a reset — a quiet invitation to begin again. Many people enter a new year with excitement, resolutions, and long lists of what they should do differently.

But every year has its own emotional and energetic signature.

And 2026 begins very differently.

A New Year That Begins With Reflection, Not Rush

As we enter 2026, the year opens with a Full Moon on 3rd January — the first Full Moon of the year.

This is not a coincidence.
Energetically, this sets the emotional tone for the entire year.

A Full Moon is not about beginnings.
It is about completion, closure, and release.

So when a year begins with a Full Moon, the message is clear:

Before you move forward, pause.
Before you carry new dreams, release old weight.

This year is not asking you to push harder.
It is asking you to be emotionally honest.

Why This Full Moon Is Deeply Emotional: Cancer Energy

This Full Moon falls in Cancer, a water sign ruled by the Moon itself.

The Moon governs emotions.
Cancer governs emotions, emotional memory, and emotional safety.

So together, this creates double emotional energy.

This Full Moon touches the deepest layers of our inner world.

Cancer is connected to the 4th house of the zodiac, which represents:

Because of this, around this Full Moon, you may experience:

And I want you to understand this clearly:

These emotions are not a setback.
They are surfacing because they are ready to be released.

This Is a Letting-Go Moon, Not a Manifestation Moon

Not every ritual is about manifesting something new.

This Full Moon is about clearing emotional space.

Why is this important?

Because when your emotional body is heavy, even good things feel overwhelming.
When emotional patterns remain unresolved, they quietly repeat.

This ritual is designed to help you release:

Only when emotions are released does clarity naturally arrive.

Cleansing Before the Ritual (Very Important)

Before emotional release, cleansing is necessary — not just of the body, but of the space.

Emotions are stored energetically in our surroundings as well.

How to Cleanse:

Salt water helps to:

This prepares your aura, space, and mind for release.

✨ If you prefer a ready cleansing blend, Ojas Salt Bath Salt (made with Himalayan salt, rose quartz tumble, rose petals, and incense) is especially supportive for emotional and water-based rituals.

Cancer Full Moon Letting-Go Ritual

Step-by-Step Emotional Release Practice

What You Will Need

Why We Use Water in This Ritual

This is a Cancer Full Moon, and Cancer is a water sign.

Water is used because:

Unlike fire, which burns forcefully, water releases softly.

Cancer energy heals through compassion, gentleness, and acceptance, not force.

The Role of the Destructive Sigil

In this ritual, we use a destructive sigil.

A destructive sigil is a symbol that activates when it is destroyed.

This works because the subconscious mind understands symbolic action more deeply than words.
Watching something dissolve gives the mind a sense of closure.

Closure is essential for emotional healing.

Step 1: Writing What You Are Letting Go

You will write only three things.
Keeping it limited helps the mind stay calm and focused.

1️ One Relationship or Situation You Are Emotionally Done With

This does not mean anger or rejection.
It simply means you no longer want emotional attachment.

Examples:

Write it briefly.
Example: “Feeling unheard in this relationship.”

2️ One Emotional Pattern You Are Releasing

This is about your emotional response, not others’ behavior.

Examples:

Example: “Always putting others before myself emotionally.”

3️ One Emotional Memory or Feeling From 2025

This could be:

Example: “Emotional exhaustion from last year.”

Keep it short. No long sentences.

Step 2: Reading It Once

Read what you have written only once.
Slowly. Calmly.

No emotional force.
This is acknowledgment, not reliving.

Step 3: Drawing the Release Sigil

Now draw the release sigil shown here on the same paper.

Do not analyse it.
Just copy it exactly.

Step 4: Activating With Water

Hold the paper.
Place the bowl of water in front of you.

Say softly:

“I activate this sigil for emotional release.”

Place the paper into the water.
Do not stir.
Simply watch it dissolve.

What Is Happening Energetically

Cancer energy releases through softness, not force.

Closing the Ritual

Once the paper has dissolved, place your hands near the bowl and say:

“I release this with compassion.
I enter the new cycle emotionally lighter.”

Pour the water into the sink or flush it away with gratitude.
Alternatively, pour it into soil.

This symbolizes returning emotional weight to nature — not carrying it anymore.

While this Cancer Full Moon ritual is created for 3rd January 2026, it’s important to remember that every Full Moon carries a different purpose. Some invite release, some ask for decluttering, some support deep meditation or moon manifestation. Because all of this cannot be shared in short videos, I’ve curated The Power of the Full Moon Course — a gentle, year-long guide to working consciously with every Full Moon, so you know exactly what each one asks of you. If you feel called to deepen your Full Moon practice, this space is simply open for you.

Wise Words for 2026

This Full Moon is not about controlling emotions.
It is about allowing emotions to flow.

Just as water moves naturally when unblocked,
your emotional body also knows how to heal —
when you stop resisting it.

May this Cancer Full Moon help you begin 2026
lighter, calmer, and emotionally freer.

With love and blessings,
Dr. Neeti Kaushik 🌙💧

Before You Make Any New Year Resolution For 2026, Read This

Every year, as the calendar begins to change, something stirs inside us.

A quiet hope.
A soft promise.
A familiar thought: “This year, I will do better.”

We make lists.
We write resolutions.
We promise ourselves discipline, consistency, and change.

And yet… if we are honest — really honest — many of us carry a silent disappointment too.
Because we have stood here before.
With the same hope.
The same sincerity.
And the same question that followed a few months later:

Why didn’t I follow through, even when I wanted to?

If that question has ever lived in your heart, pause here for a moment.
This article is not here to push you, fix you, or motivate you aggressively.

It is here to sit beside you.

Because the truth is — most people don’t fail at resolutions because they lack willpower.
They fail because they were never taught how to prepare themselves before asking themselves to change.

I know this, because for years, I did the same.

I made resolutions with sincerity.
I started with motivation.
And still, somewhere along the way, something always slipped.

It took me time — and a lot of self-honesty — to realise this:

Change does not begin with goals.
It begins with awareness.

Before you decide what you want to achieve this year, it is important to understand what quietly stops you every time — and what actually supports lasting change.

So before you write even a single resolution for this year, let me share something important with you.

Why This Conversation Matters

The start of a new year is emotionally charged.
It carries expectations — from society, from family, from ourselves.

We tell ourselves:

But often, these promises are made from:

And when resolutions are born from pressure, they already carry exhaustion.

This article is not about adding more to your plate.
It is about changing the way you approach change itself.

Before I tell you what you should do this year, let me gently tell you what you must stop doing — not because you’re wrong, but because these habits quietly drain your energy every single time.

The 5 Things You Should NOT Do While Making New Year Resolutions

1️ Don’t Make Resolutions From Guilt, Pressure, or Comparison

One of the most common mistakes we make is setting goals because we feel we should.

We look around and think:

Resolutions made from guilt feel heavy from the very beginning.
They don’t excite you — they burden you.

I have been there.

I set goals not because they felt aligned, but because they made me feel “acceptable.”
And no matter how motivated I felt initially, something inside always resisted.

Because deep down, I wasn’t moving towards myself
I was running away from judgment.

Please remember this:

Anything you try to become because you feel “less than” will never feel fulfilling.

True change does not come from self-criticism.
It comes from self-clarity.

2️ Don’t Skip Reflection and Jump Straight Into Planning

We are so eager to move forward that we rarely stop to ask:

We buy new planners, download new apps, create new routines —
without closing the emotional chapter of the year that just passed.

Unprocessed disappointment doesn’t disappear on January 1st.
It quietly follows us.

And then, months later, we wonder why we feel tired even when we’re trying.

Let me say this gently:

An unprocessed year quietly decides your next one.

Reflection is not overthinking.
It is emotional hygiene.

3️ Don’t Try to Fix Your Entire Life at Once

New Year energy often makes us ambitious — and unrealistic.

We decide:

All at once.

What starts as enthusiasm soon turns into overwhelm.
And overwhelm quickly becomes self-judgment.

I learned this the hard way.

When I tried to change everything together, nothing stayed consistent.
But when I chose focus, my energy finally had direction.

Focus is not limitation.
It is self-respect.

4️ Don’t Confuse Motivation With Direction

Motivation is emotional.
It comes and goes.

Direction is intentional.
It stays even on low-energy days.

Many people feel powerful in January and lost by March — not because they are weak, but because they relied on emotion instead of clarity.

You don’t need to feel excited every day.
You need to know why you are doing what you are doing.

You don’t need more motivation.
You need clarity.

5️ Don’t Ignore Your Emotional and Energetic State

This is the most overlooked truth.

If you are emotionally tired, mentally overwhelmed, or constantly giving without refilling — no resolution will sustain.

A tired soul cannot maintain big promises.

I realised that productivity without emotional care only leads to collapse.

Your energy is not unlimited.
Your goals must respect your humanity.

The 5 Things You Must Incorporate to Actually Achieve What You Plan This Year

If the first part of this article felt like someone finally understood what has been weighing on you, this part is where things begin to feel lighter.

This is not about doing more.
This is about doing things differently.

These five elements are not trends.
They are the quiet foundations of sustainable change.

1️⃣Begin With Reflection and Gratitude — Not Goal-Setting

Before you ask yourself “What do I want next?”, ask something far more important:

“What did the last year teach me?”

We often misunderstand gratitude.
We think it means being thankful only when life went well.

But real gratitude is not about pretending everything was perfect.
It is about acknowledging:

There were days when you showed up without applause.
There were moments you didn’t quit — even when you wanted to.

That matters.

When I began practicing gratitude before goal-setting, something shifted.
The urgency softened.
The self-criticism loosened.
And clarity began to emerge.

Gratitude clears emotional noise.
And clarity cannot exist in chaos.

This is where change truly begins — not from lack, but from recognition.

If you ever feel unsure about how to reflect or what to feel grateful for, you’re not alone.
That’s exactly why I’ve gently curated a gratitude journal—with simple daily prompts, reflection pages, and small activities that make gratitude feel natural, not forced.
It’s there for you whenever you want support in turning gratitude into a quiet, steady habit.

2️ Create Clarity Across Life Areas Before Choosing Goals

One of the biggest reasons resolutions fail is because they are vague.

We say:

But where?
And why now?

Your life is not one single box.
It has many areas — and each one demands different energy.

When you look at your life through clear areas — career, health, relationships, emotional wellbeing, finances, spiritual growth, self-development — something powerful happens.

You stop feeling scattered.

You realise:

I learned that when everything feels important, nothing receives your full presence.

Clarity simplifies effort.
And simplicity sustains consistency.

This year does not need ten priorities.
It needs one or two honest ones.

3️⃣Use a Vision Board as a Direction Tool — Not Decoration

A vision board is often misunderstood as something aesthetic or trendy.

In truth, it is a conversation with your subconscious.

Your mind responds deeply to images, symbols, and emotions.
When you see something daily, it quietly programs your focus.

But only if it is intentional.

A real vision board is not about copying someone else’s life.
It is about choosing visuals that make you feel something:

When I began using vision boards with clarity, they stopped being motivational posters.
They became reminders.

On days I felt tired, they reminded me why.
On days I doubted myself, they reminded me where I was going.

When your mind forgets, your vision reminds you.

If you want to go deeper and create a vision board that truly works (not just looks good), I’ve created a Vision Board Mastery Course where I guide you step by step across all nine key areas of life—with intention, clarity, and alignment.
It’s for those who want their vision board to become a direction, not just decoration.

4️ Turn Intentions Into Gentle Plans and Schedules

Intentions are powerful — but without structure, they remain wishes.

Planning is not about controlling life.
It is about reducing mental load.

When you plan gently:

What changed everything for me was shifting from rigid routines to energy-based planning.

Some weeks require effort.
Some weeks require softness.

Both are valid.

When your calendar respects your energy,
consistency becomes natural — not forced.

This is how planning becomes supportive, not suffocating.

If you want a gentle, practical way to plan, I’ve shared my experience as an educator and entrepreneur in a textbook-style course on Effective Planning & Scheduling—created to support your energy, not drain it.

5️ Build Systems, Not Just Resolutions

Resolutions focus on outcomes.
Systems focus on processes.

And life is lived in processes.

Instead of asking:

Ask:

Instead of promising perfection, design repeatable practices:

When the system is kind, you don’t need constant motivation.

When the system is right, results follow quietly.

A Gentle Closing — Please Read This Slowly

Before you close this article, I want you to hear this — not as advice, but as reassurance:

You do not need to transform overnight.
You do not need to fix everything.
You do not need to become someone new to be worthy of growth.

This year does not need a new version of you.

It needs a more aligned one.

So before you write your resolutions…
Pause.
Reflect.
Choose with honesty.

Because when change begins with clarity,
it finally has a place to stay.

The Last New Moon of the Year: A Powerful Ritual to Enter the New Year Aligned

🌙A Gentle Beginning

Namaste dear reader,
I’m Dr. Neeti Kaushik, and if you are reading this today, trust me—it is not by coincidence.

The New Moon in Sagittarius on 19th December arrives with a very special kind of energy. It doesn’t whisper. It calls you forward. & It asks you to lift your eyes from the ground, stop replaying the past, and dare to imagine a future that feels bigger, freer, and more aligned with who you are becoming.

December itself is a powerful threshold. One year is slowly closing, another is preparing to open its doors. And when the final New Moon of the year falls in Sagittarius—a sign ruled by Jupiter, the planet of growth, wisdom, abundance, and expansion—the universe offers us a rare invitation:

👉 Pause. Reflect. And consciously choose the direction of your life.

This article is not just information.
It is an experience.
It is a ritual in words.
And by the end of it, you will not just understand what a Goal Card is—you will feel ready to create one that truly shapes your 2026 timeline.

Understanding the Sagittarius New Moon Energy

Before we move into rituals and techniques, let me help you understand why this New Moon is so powerful.

What a New Moon Really Represents

In astrology and energy work, a New Moon always symbolizes:

It is the darkest phase of the Moon, when nothing is visible in the sky. But energetically, this darkness is not emptiness—it is potential.

Just like a seed planted underground, your intention doesn’t need to be seen yet. It only needs to be clear and alive within you.

Why Sagittarius Changes Everything

Sagittarius is a Fire sign, ruled by Jupiter, and its energy is very different from cautious or emotional signs.

Sagittarius energy:

Under this New Moon, you may notice:

This New Moon does not support playing small.
It gently—but firmly—asks you:

“If fear was not in the way, what would you truly choose?”

Why This New Moon Is Especially Important for 2026

This is not just any New Moon.
It is the last New Moon of the year.

December naturally carries the energy of:

When you combine:

You get a powerful energetic window to set long-term intentions, not short-lived resolutions.

This is why I always say:
👉 December intentions decide the emotional and energetic tone of the coming year.

And this is exactly why today’s ritual focuses on one clear, powerful long-term goal for 2026.

Why I Strongly Recommend a Goal Card

Many people ask me:

“Ma’am, why not just write goals in a diary?”

Journaling is beautiful. I personally journal every day.
But a Goal Card works on a very different psychological and energetic level.

Let me explain this in simple terms.

1. It Activates Your RAS (Reticular Activating System)

Your brain receives millions of bits of information every second—but it filters most of it out.

When you clearly write a goal, your Reticular Activating System gets activated.
Suddenly, your mind starts noticing:

It’s not magic—it’s focused awareness.

Example:
If you decide you want a new home, you’ll suddenly start noticing:

Your brain starts working with you.

2. It Reprograms the Subconscious Mind

Your subconscious mind learns through repetition.

When you:

You slowly shift from:

“This is impossible”
to
“This is familiar and achievable.”

This is how inner resistance dissolves.

3. It Improves Focus & Decision-Making

Many people feel overwhelmed not because life is hard—but because their mind lacks clarity.

A Goal Card:

When a choice appears, your mind naturally asks:

“Does this align with my goal or distract me from it?”

In Simple Words

A Goal Card is:
Clarity + Intention + Emotion + Alignment

And when used consistently, it becomes magnetic.

What You’ll Need for This Ritual

Keep it simple. Simplicity holds power.

You’ll need:

That’s all.

Optional Crystals for Sagittarius New Moon Energy

Crystals are not mandatory—but they support focus and intention.

You may use:

Place them near you or hold one during the ritual.

The Sagittarius New Moon Goal Card Ritual (Step-by-Step)

STEP 1: Prepare Yourself & Your Space

Sit comfortably.
Cleanse your space energetically—light a diya, incense, or simply take deep breaths.

Close your eyes and say:

“I am ready to expand into my highest vision for 2026.”

Let your body relax.

STEP 2: Choose One Powerful Long-Term Goal

This is the most important step.

If you are doing this before the New Moon:

If you are doing it on the New Moon:

“What one goal will create the biggest shift in my life?”

Choose only one goal—the one that aligns with who you want to become.

✍️ STEP 3: Write Your Goal Clearly

Use this structure:

“My goal by (date) is to…”
Add:

Emotion is fuel.

STEP 4: Set a Precise Time Frame

A clear date creates:

Your mind works better with deadlines.

Real-Life Examples

🏡 For Homemakers

Home Upgrade

“My goal by 15th August 2026 is to shift into a spacious, well-lit 4BHK home with a peaceful balcony garden and a dedicated meditation corner, where my family experiences harmony, comfort, joy, and emotional wellbeing every day.”

💼 For Working Professionals

Career Growth

“My goal by 31st December 2026 is to secure a managerial role with an annual package of ₹18 lakhs, allowing me to lead confidently, support my family, and live a stable, abundant life.”

🎓 For Students

Academic Success

“My goal by 15th April 2026 is to score 90% in my board exams, strengthening my foundation and opening doors to future opportunities.”

STEP 5: Activate the Goal Card

Hold the card with both hands.
Close your eyes.
Visualize the goal as already achieved.

Say:

“This vision is activated and aligned with my highest good.”

Feel gratitude.

STEP 6: Keep Your Goal Card Close

Place it:

Read it morning and night.
Consistency creates alignment.

STEP 7: Optional Water Charging Method

Night

Morning

Water amplifies intention.

A Closing Message from My Heart

This Sagittarius New Moon is not just a date on the calendar.
It is a threshold.

Today, you didn’t just write a goal.
You:

Your Goal Card is now your compass.

Trust it.
Trust yourself.
And trust that expansion is not something you chase—it is something you allow.

How I Reflect on a Year — Before Welcoming a Brand New One: A personal ritual of pausing, understanding, and making peace with life

The Quiet I Choose at the End of Every Year

As a year comes to an end, I notice something around me every single time.
There is noise everywhere.

People are planning parties.
Counting down days.
Talking about resolutions.
Rushing to “move on” from the year as if it were something to escape from.

But I don’t rush.

Before welcoming anything new, I have learned to sit with what is ending.

Because a year doesn’t just pass—it leaves behind emotions, lessons, memories, wounds, victories, and unfinished conversations within us. And if we don’t pause to acknowledge them, they quietly travel with us into the next year.

Over time, through my own experiences, mistakes, growth, and healing, I have created a personal year-end reflection ritual. It’s not rigid. It’s not perfect. But it is honest. And it has changed the way I enter every new phase of life.

This is not advice.
This is simply how I reflect on a year—before welcoming a brand new one.

And as I share what I do, you may find pieces that speak to you, moments that feel familiar, or practices you feel called to try in your own way.

Why I Don’t Jump Straight Into the “New Year Energy”

For a long time, I did what most people do.

The year would end, and I would immediately start thinking about:

But something always felt incomplete.

I realized this slowly and painfully:
I was trying to create a new chapter without properly closing the previous one.

Unprocessed emotions don’t disappear just because the calendar changes.
Unlearned lessons repeat themselves.
Unacknowledged growth goes unnoticed.

So now, before welcoming a new year, I give myself permission to pause.

Not to judge myself.
Not to criticize my life.
But to understand it.

Step One: I Create Space — Not Just Time

The first thing I do is create space.

Not physical space alone—but emotional and mental space.

I don’t do this reflection in between chores, phone notifications, or conversations. I choose a time when I can be alone with myself. Sometimes it’s over a few days. Sometimes it’s just an hour each day. There is no rule.

I sit with:

No music.
No distractions.
Just presence.

This space tells my mind and heart one thing:
“What you’re about to feel matters.”

Step Two: I Practice Gratitude — Beyond Comfort

My gratitude practice is not limited to “good” experiences.

I thank:

This kind of gratitude is not forced positivity.
It’s maturity.

It says:
“I may not have liked it, but I respect what it taught me.”

And that shifts my energy completely.

Step Three: I Begin With Honest Reflection, Not Pretty Answers

When I open my journal, I don’t start with achievements.
I start with honesty.

I ask myself:

I don’t filter my answers.
I don’t try to sound wise.
I let myself be human.

Some years, the pages fill with gratitude.
Some years, they fill with disappointment, grief, or questions.

Both are valid.

Because reflection is not about proving you did well—it’s about seeing clearly.

Step four: I Look at What Went Wrong — Without Self-Blame

This part took me years to learn.

Earlier, when I looked at what went wrong, I would either:

Now, I do something different.

I ask:

But I ask these questions with compassion, not punishment.

Instead of:

“Why am I like this?”
I ask:
“What was happening within me at that time?”

Instead of:
“I failed.”
I ask:
“What support was missing?”

This shift changes everything.

Because lessons are learned only when we feel safe enough to look at our truth.

Step Five: I Understand Why Things Happened the Way They Did

This is where reflection becomes powerful.

I don’t just list events—I look for patterns.

I notice:

And then I ask:

Sometimes the answer is uncomfortable.
Sometimes it’s humbling.
Sometimes it’s deeply liberating.

But this step helps me stop repeating the same year in different versions.

Step Six: I Acknowledge What Went Right — Even If It Felt Small

We are often quick to remember our failures and slow to acknowledge our growth.

So I intentionally write:

Even if the year felt difficult, I always find something to honour.

Because growth doesn’t always look dramatic.
Sometimes growth looks like:

And that matters.

Step Seven: I Make Peace With What Is Still Unfinished

This is one of the most important steps for me.

Not everything gets closure within a year.
Not every question gets answered.
Not every dream gets fulfilled.

So instead of carrying guilt, I consciously tell myself:

Peace is not about completion.
Peace is about acceptance.

Step Eight: I Prepare for the New Year From Clarity, Not Pressure

Only after I have sat with my year—its lessons, its pain, its growth, its unfinished edges—do I allow myself to think about what comes next.

This part is very important to me.

Because when planning comes before reflection, it is usually driven by fear, comparison, or urgency.
But when planning comes after reflection, it is rooted in clarity, awareness, and self-trust.

So once my inner work is done, I gently move toward three things that have supported me for years:

Each of these plays a different role in my life, yet together they create alignment between who I am, what I want, and how I move forward.

Vision Board: Seeing My Life Before It Fully Arrives

I don’t create a vision board in excitement or haste.
I create it after reflection—when I clearly know:

Over the years, vision boards have helped me stay connected to my bigger picture, especially during moments of doubt, confusion, or fatigue. They remind me not just of what I want, but why I want it.

A vision board is not about wishful thinking.
For me, it is about:

It has helped me manifest opportunities, direction, and confidence—not overnight, but steadily and consciously.

Because of how deeply this practice has supported me, I eventually created a guided Vision Board course, where I walk people step-by-step through:

I always say this from experience—when done correctly, a vision board doesn’t just decorate your wall.
It reprograms how you think, choose, and act.

(For those who feel called, this guided course is available on our website: Click here to join)

The Goal Card: One Vision I Commit to Fully

Alongside my vision board, there is one practice I have followed for many years—my Goal Card.

This is where I choose one powerful long-term goal.
Not ten.
Not twenty.
Just one goal that truly matters to me at that phase of my life.

I write this goal clearly on my goal card, with intention and belief.

And then—I keep it close.

Sometimes in my purse.
Sometimes on my desk.
Sometimes inside my journal.

I look at it two to three times a day.

Not to pressure myself—but to remind myself:

This small practice has made a big difference in my life.
When distractions appear, the goal card grounds me.
When motivation dips, it reminds me of my vision.

It keeps me aligned—not perfect, but focused.

Planning & Scheduling: Where Vision Meets Reality

Now comes the part I strongly believe in—and one I can confidently vouch for.

Having spent years as a teacher, Principal, and part of school administration, I have seen this clearly in both personal and professional life:

If you don’t plan your day, someone else will plan it for you.

Dreams don’t manifest through intention alone.
They require structure, discipline, and realistic scheduling.

Planning is not about rigidity.
It is about:

I always start by creating a long-term overview for the year—nothing overwhelming, just clarity about direction. From there, I break it down into micro schedules that align with my energy, responsibilities, and priorities.

This approach prevents burnout and guilt.
It allows consistency without pressure.

Planning With the Moon: Working With Energy, Not Against It

One thing that deeply guides my planning is my connection with moon energy.

Over time, I’ve learned that different phases of the moon support different kinds of actions:

I plan important intentions, reflections, and actions in alignment with these cycles.

However, I also understand that not everyone knows:

That is why I created a Moon Calendar—a simple yet powerful tool that helps people plan their life, goals, and inner work according to lunar energy.

It has been loved and used by many, because it brings flow into planning instead of force.

When you plan with natural rhythms, life feels less chaotic and more supported.

What This Practice Has Given Me Over the Years

Because I end my years this way:

Most importantly, I don’t abandon myself in the name of “new beginnings.”

If You Want to Try This for Yourself

You don’t need to do everything I do.
You don’t need long hours or perfect journaling skills.

All you need is:

Sit with your year.
Let it speak.
Let it teach.
Let it close gently.

Because how you end a year decides how you enter the next one.

2026 Numerology Predictions: Your Personal Year Number Reveals Your Path Ahead

A New Year, A New Energetic Story

Every year of our life carries a unique vibration — a theme, a rhythm, a lesson, a blessing.
And whether we realise it or not, this vibration influences our thoughts, decisions, relationships, opportunities, and even the kind of people who walk into (or out of) our lives.

I often say this lovingly in my sessions and workshops:
“We don’t live the same year repeatedly; we live through nine different energetic seasons.”

Just like nature moves through cycles of spring, summer, monsoon, autumn, and winter, you also move through nine numerological cycles — each lasting one year. These cycles tell you:

Understanding your Personal Year Number is like having a spiritual compass in your pocket. It doesn’t predict destiny — but it absolutely guides your direction.

And the moment you understand which energetic season you are entering in 2026, your decisions become wiser, calmer, more aligned, and far more fruitful.

What Exactly Is a Personal Year Number?

Let me explain this in the simplest and most heart-centered way possible.

Your Personal Year Number is the numerological vibration that governs your life for one entire calendar year, from 1st January to 31st December.

Think of it as:

Around 70–80% of the events that unfold in a particular year — the new beginnings, endings, growth spurts, emotional shifts, blessings, delays — follow the energy of your Personal Year Number.

Why does it matter?

Because when you know the vibration of the year ahead, you stop fighting the current.
You start flowing with the river.
You make choices aligned with the universal energy instead of moving against it.

This is what makes your life smoother, calmer, and more meaningful.

How to Calculate Your Personal Year Number for 2026

Let’s do this together.
Take a pen and paper, and follow along.

Step 1: Write your Birth Date and Birth Month.

Example:
21st November → 21 (date), 11 (month)

Step 2: Add the last two digits of the year.

For 2026 → 26

Step 3: Check which day of the week your birthday falls on in 2026.

For example:
21st November 2026 falls on a Saturday.

Step 4: Every weekday has a ruling number:

Step 5: Now add everything together.

Let’s complete the example:

21 + 11 + 26 + 8 = 66
Reduce to a single digit:
6 + 6 = 12 → 1 + 2 = 3

Your Personal Year for 2026 = 3
(Only if your total reduces to 1, 2026 is your Personal Year Number 1.)

The Year of New Beginnings, Identity, and Leadership

Ruling Planet (for Personal Year 1): The Sun

Universal Year Influence: 2026 = 1 (Sun)

Number 1 is ruled by the Sun ☀️

FULL MOON IN GEMINI – 4th & 5th DECEMBER 2025

Namaste, beautiful souls.

As I sit down to write this, I can already feel a very distinct shift in the collective energy. The air feels different. The emotions feel louder. The introspection feels deeper. And if you have felt unusually reflective, nostalgic, sensitive, or mentally unsettled these past few days — then your spirit is already responding to the frequency of the final Full Moon of 2025.

This Full Moon, arriving on the 4th and 5th of December, is not just another lunar phase. It’s a spiritual checkpoint. A moment where time pauses — not physically, but energetically — and asks you gently:

“What do you no longer want to carry into the next chapter of your life?”

Every Full Moon illuminates something. But this one illuminates you — your thoughts, your patterns, your wounds, your growth, your unspoken truth, and everything you have avoided confronting in silence.

And when the final Full Moon of a year rises, it carries a unique invitation:

Release before you renew.

Because we cannot enter a new year — emotionally heavy, mentally exhausted, spiritually fragmented — and expect to feel aligned, peaceful, or expansive. Something must be surrendered. Something must be let go.

This is not punishment.

It is evolution.

THE RARE ANTARES STARGATE WINDOW — A PORTAL OF SOUL PURIFICATION

Now, let’s deepen the understanding of why this time is incredibly potent.

During this Full Moon, a rare cosmic alignment takes place — the Antares Stargate Portal.

Antares is a massive star — one of the brightest visible from Earth — and historically considered a Royal Star of Archangel Energies. In ancient cultures, it symbolized:

But unlike other portals that activate growth, Antares activates release.

It brings the kind of release that doesn’t feel temporary — but final.

It releases not only the memory…
but the emotional charge attached to it.

It releases not only the pain…
but the identity built around it.

It releases not only the wound…
but the story you created because of it —
the story that may have convinced you:

During this portal, the universe whispers:

You are allowed to outgrow what once shaped you.

And this is where the transformation begins.

♊ GEMINI’S ROLE — A FULL MOON OF THE MIND

Gemini is ruled by Mercury, the messenger planet — the ruler of:

So unlike emotional Full Moons that release tears — this one releases thoughts.

And sometimes, thoughts can be far heavier than emotions.

Because many people aren’t suffering from what happened — they are suffering from:

This Full Moon is here to help you:

It helps you shift from:

👉 overthinking → to intuition
👉 confusion → to clarity
👉 emotional chaos → to inner peace

So the question becomes:

What thought or belief do you refuse to carry into 2026?

BEFORE THE RELEASE — ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Before we release anything, we must acknowledge it.

So reflect gently:

The purpose is not blame — but awareness.

Because what you understand, you can release.

And what you release, you no longer repeat.

THE TWO POWERFUL FULL MOON RELEASE PRACTICES

(Backed by Gemini’s energy and the Antares portal)

PRACTICE 1: “GOODBYE 2025” RELEASE SCROLL

A subconscious mind detox through uninterrupted writing

Writing is not mere expression —
Writing is exorcism.

When you write without stopping, without correcting yourself, without thinking — you bypass the conscious mind and connect directly with the emotional body and subconscious memory.

That is where suppression lives.

And suppression doesn’t dissolve — it waits.

This ritual helps release that weight.

📝 How to do it:

  1. Sit comfortably.
  2. Take three slow breaths.
  3. Whisper:
“I am ready to let go.”
  4. Begin writing everything you want to release — fears, memories, disappointments, guilt, shame, heartbreak, confusion, emotional pressure, anything that feels unresolved.

No commas.
No full stops.
No rules.
No structuring.
No grammar.

Let your hand move faster than your mind.

When emotion rises — continue.
When anger appears — continue.
When tears fall — continue.

Stop only when the hand stops on its own.

Because that is when the subconscious empties.

🔥 The symbolic release:

When you finish:

As the paper leaves your space, say with intention:

“I release this with love and I am free.”

PRACTICE 2: THE UNSPOKEN WORD RELEASE

A voice-based emotional closure ritual

Some wounds are not written — they are buried in the throat chakra.

Words unspoken are the heaviest form of emotional luggage.

This ritual gives them an exit route.

📱 Steps:

Then… speak.

Say everything you never said:

This is not about confrontation — This is emotional liberation.

And you’re not sending it.

You’re simply releasing the emotional echo from your body.

If tears come — allow them.
Tears are not weakness — tears are detox.

And yes, if it accidentally sends…

Maybe destiny wanted honesty to travel farther than silence ever did. 😉

AFTERCARE — HONORING THE BODY AND ENERGY

After such a ritual, your body may feel:

Drink water.
Rest.
Keep the next 48 hours gentle.

Avoid unnecessary conversations.
Avoid noise — including digital noise.

Listen to soft music, meditate, journal, sit in silence, or simply rest your mind.

Your energy field is recalibrating.

CRYSTALS THAT SUPPORT THIS ENERGY

CrystalPurpose
SodaliteBreaks negative thought loops
Lapis LazuliStrengthens expression & honesty
MoonstoneSoothes emotions & transitions
Clear QuartzAmplifies intention
Black TourmalineProtects energy post-release

Keep one near your pillow or hold it while journaling.

FINAL WISDOM — A MESSAGE FROM MY HEART

My dear soul…

This Full Moon represents the ending of a chapter. Not because the calendar demands it — but because your soul is ready.

You survived things you never imagined.
You carried responsibilities that were invisible to others.
You kept going — even on days you wanted to pause.

And now…

You get to release.
You get to breathe.
You get to start again.

You are not behind.
You are not stuck.
You are becoming.

As you step into 2026 —
May your mind be clear.
May your heart be soft.
May your boundaries be strong.
May your vision be focused.
May your spirit be at peace.

Because this time, you walk forward…

Not carrying the past —
but carrying wisdom.

This article, Part 2, is my offering to you—a detailed, soulful explanation of the most commonly seen angel numbers between 222 and 999, along with crystals, journaling prompts, affirmations, and the deeper guidance each number carries.

I invite you to read this slowly… gently… with an open heart.
Because the message you are seeking may be hiding in one of these numbers.

Why Angel Numbers Matter More Than You Think

Before we begin, I want to clarify something important:

Angel Numbers are not random.
You do not “happen” to glance at them.
They appear when your energy is receptive, your intuition is awake, and your angels want your attention.

These numbers are whispers from the Universe, saying:

“You are not alone.”
“We are guiding you.”
“Pay attention… something beautiful is unfolding.”

Sometimes, these numbers come during chaos.
Sometimes during calm.
Sometimes in your darkest moments.
And sometimes during your most powerful breakthroughs.

The timing is never accidental.

Let’s begin decoding the sacred numbers that millions see every single day—starting with 222.

Scorpio New Moon Energies: A Simple Yet Powerful Ritual You Shouldn’t Miss

Every time a New Moon arrives, I feel as if the universe hands us a quiet doorway — a pause, a fresh page, a moment to realign with what truly matters. Over the years, I’ve noticed that these lunar phases often bring subtle shifts inside me: more clarity, deeper reflection, and a renewed desire to begin something meaningful.

And here we are again, standing under the powerful New Moon in Scorpio on 20th November. This is one of those moons that you simply should not miss — especially if you’ve been waiting for a sign to start fresh, to transform something within, or to set intentions that truly come from the heart.

This time, I’m sharing a very special New Moon Ritual with you — one that combines the depth of Scorpio, the emotional wisdom of water, and the fearless action of Mars. It’s simple, personal, and incredibly powerful… and I cannot wait for you to experience it.

Why the Scorpio New Moon is so potent (and why water matters)

New Moons are classic moments for beginnings — like planting seeds in rich, dark soil. Scorpio’s flavour is different from airy optimism or gentle growth: it is intense, transformational, and deeply honest.

Scorpio asks: what are you really willing to change? What will you commit to from your heart, not out of fear, not for appearances, but from the depth of your truth?

Water symbolizes emotion, intuition, and inner knowing. When we set intentions with water, we are taking a physical element that responds to vibration and aligning it with our inner will.

There are fascinating experiments — for example, the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto — that explored how words, sounds and intentions appear to influence the structure of water crystals. Put plainly: when positive intentions or words are directed at water, the frozen forms look more symmetrical and “beautiful”; when negative words are used, the shapes appear distorted.

Whether you read Emoto as empirical proof or inspiring metaphor, the message is clear: energy affects water — and our bodies are mostly water. So the energy we carry shapes our internal and external world.

In Scorpio, the emotional charge is rich. Mars gives that charge action. This means our intentions can be both deeply felt and powerfully moved into the world.

How this Scorpio New Moon impacts you — quick and real

Purpose of this ritual — a short guidepost

This ritual is designed to:

  1. Help you set clear, emotionally charged intentions.
  2. Use water as a carrier for your vibration.
  3. Blend inner feeling with outer action, thanks to Scorpio + Mars.
  4. Give you a concrete, daily practice (using the charged water) that keeps your intention active until the next Full Moon.

What you’ll need — and why each thing matters

(Keep this simple. The power is in your intention, not in a perfect shrine.)

Safety note: If you plan to ingest the water, use only edible ingredients, clean glassware, and hygienic petals. If in doubt, keep the charged water for external use (spritzing on your aura, anointing pulse points) rather than drinking it.

Optional crystals for support

Crystals are supportive, not mandatory. Place them near the bowl — not inside — unless they are safe to be submerged (and you know they won’t leach minerals). Cleanse them beforehand.

The Water Intention Ritual — detailed, step-by-step

Step 1 — Prepare your space

Sit quietly with your bowl of water. Light the candle if you’re using one. Take three deep breaths to find your center.

Say softly (or in your heart):

“I connect with the energy of Scorpio’s water and Mars’ courage. I am ready to begin something new with clarity and strength.”

Make this personal — replace “I” lines with anything that feels truer for you.

Step 2 — Add symbols of intention

Add a few drops of honey (a pinch is enough) and a few rose petals to the bowl. These are symbolic: honey for sweetness and ease, rose for love and tenderness woven into your intentions.

Take a moment to notice how the water looks. Feel how your body responds. Scorpio’s power is in noticing and being honest about those responses.

Step 3 — Infuse your intentions

Use the teaspoon or small bowl to scoop from the main bowl. Hold the small amount of water in your hands. Speak one clear intention into it, aloud or silently. Imagine the emotion of the intention filling the water.

Pour that water back into the main bowl. Repeat this for each intention. Make them specific, present-tense, and positive.

Examples of powerful, specific intentions (I’ve included Hindi translations as well — because saying things in your mother tongue adds emotion and clarity):

Avoid saying: vague or lack-luster sentences like “I don’t want to be broke anymore”, “I wish something changes in my job.” These are unclear and low in energetic charge. State what you want as if it is already happening, with gratitude and specificity.

Step 4 — Seal your intentions

Once you’ve spoken all your intentions, place both hands over the bowl. Close your eyes and visualize a golden light filling the water. Feel that light anchoring your will and your heart together.

Say aloud:

“These waters now hold my emotions, my will, and my truth. My intentions are blessed by the universe.”

Let this be a moment of sacredness — not showy, but solemn and personal.

Step 5 — Charge under the moon

Pour the water into your small glass bottle and seal it gently. Whisper:

“This water carries my highest vibration and purpose.”

Place it near your window overnight to receive the New Moon energy. Even though a New Moon has no visible light, its energetic pull is strong — especially in Scorpio when the inner darkness is honoured. The point is to leave the water in a place of quiet receptivity until dawn.

Step 6 — Daily connection (practical magic)

From this New Moon until the next Full Moon (roughly two weeks to a month depending on the lunar cycle), take two to three drops of this charged water daily. You can:

Each time you use the water, say:

“Thank you, Universe. My intentions are alive. My heart is open, and my new beginnings are unfolding beautifully.”

This daily act keeps the intention active and reminds your nervous system of the choice you made.

Why specificity and emotion matter — a small practical example

Imagine two people: A and B. Both want “better health.” A says: “I want to feel healthier someday.” B says: “I am consistently losing 5 kilos in the next six weeks while feeling strong, energetic, and proud of my body.” Which one is more likely to create consistent action? B. Why? Because B’s intention is specific (5 kilos, six weeks), embodied (feeling strong and proud), and stated in present tense. The body accepts and responds to clarity. Scorpio energy loves depth and specificity — it knows exactly where to apply pressure to birth transformation.

Frequently asked questions & practical cautions

Q — Can I use this ritual if I’m not spiritual?
Yes. Think of it as a psychology-supported practice of setting clear goals with ritualized repetition. The water is a tangible focal point for your intention, and the daily drops are a reminder that keeps your mind and actions aligned.

Q — Can I drink the charged water if I used non-edible items?
No. Only drink the water if you used edible, clean ingredients and hygienic methods. If you used decorative petals, crystals inside the water, or unknown substances, do not ingest. Instead use it for external anointing or aura sprays.

Q — What if my intention doesn’t happen exactly as worded?
Manifestation is co-creation. The literal words are guides, not shackles. The universe may offer a better path than the one you imagined. Keep your heart open and be willing to act. Scorpio energy asks you to do the internal work that makes external doors open.

How to carry this New Moon energy forward

Closing message — a gentle, fierce benediction

The Scorpio New Moon asks for a courageous kind of tenderness. It asks that we face what is true inside us and then do something about it. When water (our feeling) meets Mars (our will), we get a potent mixture: emotionally intelligent action. Your words changed that bowl of water tonight; your consistent use of the charged water will change your nervous system and the way you move in the world.

Remember — manifestation is not magic that happens to you. It is a steady practice of aligning feeling, language, and action. This ritual is a tool — one that helps you keep that alignment. Trust what you spoke. Trust how you felt. And Trust your next small step.

If you’d like to go deeper with moon-based rituals, crystal charging, and a guided practice through each lunar phase, I invite you to join my Moon Manifestation Course, where I guide you through every step with meditations, templates and real-life exercises.

May this New Moon bring you the courage to begin, the clarity to know what to plant, and the softness to hold yourself through the growing. ✨

Waking Between 3 a.m. to 5 a.m.: The Sacred Time When the Universe Speaks to You

The Whispering Hours of the Soul

Dear Ones,

Have you ever found yourself waking up suddenly between 3 a.m. and 5 a.m., eyes open, heart awake, yet the world around you still asleep?
You check the clock, wonder why this keeps happening, maybe sip some water — and sometimes, you just stay there, feeling a strange calm or a quiet restlessness.

I’ve often received messages from so many of you saying, “Dr. Neeti, I keep waking up at 3:30 a.m. or 4:15 a.m. What does it mean? Is the universe trying to tell me something?”

And my answer is always yes.
This sacred window — from 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. — is not an accident. It’s the Universe’s gentle invitation to connect with your inner self, your higher consciousness, and your purpose.

In Indian wisdom, this time holds the vibration of Brahma Muhurta (between 3:30 a.m. and 5:30 a.m) — the Creator’s Hour. In other ancient cultures, too, it is revered as a spiritual dawn. And today, even modern science acknowledges its power — linking it to our body’s circadian rhythm, optimal brainwave state, and emotional balance.

Let’s explore this in depth — from the Ashta Pahar system of India to the modern neuroscience behind this hour, and finally, what you can actually do if you find yourself awake during this time.

Understanding the 8 Pahars of the Day – The Ancient Indian Time System

Before we dive deeper into 3 a.m. to 5 a.m., we must first understand the beautiful time-division that our ancestors followed — Ashta Pahar.

In ancient Indian philosophy, a day (24 hours) was divided into eight equal parts (4 pahar of the day and 4 pahar of the night). Each pahar lasted approximately three hours, representing a specific energetic rhythm of nature. These rhythms were believed to correspond with the human body, mind, and the spiritual field.

Here’s how the Ashta Pahar divides the day:

PaharApprox. TimeName (Sanskrit)Meaning / Significance
1st Prahar  6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.Pradosha (प्रदोष)A highly auspicious period for evening worship, lighting diyas, and expressing gratitude to the Divine. Avoid sleeping during this time.
2nd Prahar  9:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m.Nishitha (निशीथ)The deep-night period, ideal for deep rest; subconscious reflection; dream stage begins.
3rd Prahar  12:00 a.m. – 3:00 a.m.Triyama (त्रियामा)  A mystical Prahar associated with intense spiritual and Tantric practices. Avoid bathing or eating. It is a time of heightened subconscious energy and inner transformation.
4th Prahar3:00 a.m. – 6:00 a.m.Usha Kaal (उषाकाल) or Brahma MuhurtaThe final Prahar of the night — symbolizing dawn and awakening. The most sacred time for meditation, chanting, and learning. Waking up during this time is considered very beneficial.
5th Prahar6:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.Purvanha (पूर्वान्ह)The first Prahar of the day. Ideal for morning pooja, studying, or beginning new tasks. The atmosphere is pure and charged with positive energy.
6th Prahar9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.Madhyanha (मध्यान्ह)The midday Prahar. Avoid conducting auspicious or new rituals during this period. It’s a time for action, decision-making, and productivity.
7th Prahar12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.  Aparanha (अपरान्ह)The afternoon phase, suitable for meals, continuing tasks, and introspection. A balanced time for mindful activity.
8th Prahar3:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.Sayanha / Sayamkala (सायंह / सायंकाल)The last Prahar of the day. Avoid sleeping or performing pooja during this time. A period to unwind and prepare for the evening’s Pradosh Kaal.

The 3 a.m. to 5 a.m. Window: The Hour of the Divine Whisper

In the Ashta Pahar, this time lies in the Brahma Muhurta, which literally means “The Hour of Brahma” — or “The Creator’s Time.”

According to ancient Indian scriptures, this is the period when the cosmic energy is most sattvic — pure, peaceful, and infused with divine intelligence. The air is rich in oxygen, the surroundings are calm, and your mind naturally moves inward.

The Garuda Purana and Ayurveda texts mention that waking up during this time aligns you with the rhythm of nature and helps in spiritual evolution.

Here’s why this time is so powerful:

  1. The Mind is Silent – Between 3 and 5 a.m., the conscious mind is less active, while the subconscious is open and receptive. This is the ideal time for meditation, visualization, and prayer.
  2. Nature’s Energy is Purest – The atmosphere is free from noise and digital frequencies. Even plants release oxygen-rich air, helping you breathe deeper and clearer.
  3. Your Vibrational Frequency is Highest – During these hours, your body’s natural vibration is elevated. It’s easier to manifest, heal, and connect to universal guidance.
  4. The Spiritual Veil is Thinnest – Many ancient cultures, from the Buddhist monks of Tibet to Japanese Zen masters, rise before dawn. They call it the hour of divine clarity.

In Yogic science, this is also when the pineal gland — the seat of intuition — is most active. Melatonin levels are high, brain waves move in alpha and theta states, and deep insights are more easily received.

Modern Science and the 3–5 a.m. Time: A Perfect Alignment

Let’s connect this ancient wisdom with what modern research says.

  1. Circadian Rhythm & Melatonin
    • Between 3–5 a.m., your melatonin (the “sleep hormone”) is at its peak.
    • If you wake up naturally at this hour, it may mean your sleep cycle is complete — your body is signalling that it’s ready for early-morning alignment.
    • Waking up during this period regularly is not “insomnia”; it can actually be a sign of deep spiritual alignment.
  2. Brain Wave Transition
    • The brain moves from delta (deep sleep) to theta (meditative) and then alpha (calm alertness).
    • These brain states are ideal for manifestation, creativity, and spiritual connection — exactly why monks, yogis, and early risers meditate then.
  3. Cortisol Awakening Response
    • Around 4–5 a.m., your cortisol (energy hormone) starts rising. If you use this surge consciously — by journaling, chanting, or planning your day — it sets a calm yet focused tone for your entire day.

What Different Cultures Say About This Time

It’s fascinating how this same window — 3 to 5 a.m. — is honoured across the world:

All these point to one truth: this is the time when the veil between human and divine energy becomes thinner, allowing you to realign with your soul’s purpose.

If You Wake Between 3 a.m. – 5 a.m., Here’s What You Can Do

If you often find yourself awake at this hour, instead of forcing yourself back to sleep, you can use this time to realign, reflect, and recharge your spirit.

Here are some simple and effective practices I personally recommend:

1. Sit in Silence and Breathe

Just sit comfortably, close your eyes, and take 7–9 deep breaths.
Feel your body expanding with each inhale and releasing any emotional weight with each exhale.

This helps balance the Lung Meridian (as per Traditional Chinese Medicine) and calms your nervous system.

2. Chant with a Jaap Mala

If your mind feels restless or heavy, pick up a Jaap Mala — preferably made of a crystal aligned with your intention.

Here are a few I recommend for this specific time:

IntentionCrystal Jaap MalaMantra / Chant
Peace & CalmAmethyst Mala“Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om”
Spiritual AwakeningClear Quartz or Rudraksha Mala“Om Namah Shivaya”
Abundance & ClarityCitrine Mala“Om Hreem Shreem Lakshmi Namaha”
Protection & GroundingSmoky Quartz Mala“Om Dum Durgaye Namaha”

Perform 108 repetitions or simply chant until your mind feels light. The vibration of sound merges with the stillness of dawn, amplifying your inner peace.

3. Journaling or Automatic Writing

Keep a notebook near your bed. When you wake up, write freely — don’t censor yourself.
Sometimes the Universe sends messages through our subconscious. At dawn, these thoughts flow most clearly.

Write down:

4. Gratitude Whisper

Softly whisper 5 things you’re grateful for.
Saying “thank you” at 3 or 4 a.m. aligns your heart with the highest vibration of the Universe — abundance.

5. Morning Crystal Connection

You can also hold a crystal in your palm while meditating.
Some powerful ones for this time are:

6. Affirmations to Align with the Dawn Energy

You can softly repeat:

These affirmations gently reprogram your subconscious while you’re still between dream and wake states.

How to Build a 3–5 a.m. Morning Routine

You don’t have to wake up every day at 3 a.m. — start gently.
Try setting your alarm for 4:30 or 5 a.m. and observe how your mind and body feel.

Here’s a sample early morning ritual I personally follow and recommend:

  1. Wake up and wash your face with cool water.
  2. Light a diya or candle.
  3. Sit with your Jaap Mala and chant for 10 minutes.
  4. Meditate or focus on your breath for 10 minutes.
  5. Write down one intention for the day.
  6. Drink warm water infused with tulsi or lemon.
  7. Step outside and witness the sunrise in silence.

This simple 30–45-minute practice has the potential to change the entire course of your day — and over time, your life.

A Spiritual Insight: The Universe Awakens with You

Every time you wake up between 3–5 a.m., don’t think something is wrong — think that something beautiful is calling you.

The Universe doesn’t disturb your sleep randomly. It’s whispering —

“Beloved soul, it’s time.
The world is quiet, the veil is thin — come, meet yourself.”

This is the time to pray, forgive, release, and renew.
It’s the time when angels whisper guidance, when your ancestors bless you, and when your higher self speaks most clearly.

In Closing: Reclaiming the Sacred Dawn

In our fast-paced lives, we often forget that nature has its own rhythm — and when we tune into it, life starts flowing effortlessly.

The 3–5 a.m. hours are not just about waking up early — they’re about waking up within.

So next time, when your eyes open in the quiet darkness, instead of reaching for your phone, place your hand on your heart and say:

“Thank you, Universe, for choosing me to awaken now.”

Because truly, those who are called to awaken between 3 and 5 a.m. are the ones chosen to bring light into the world.

Manifest with the 11:11 Portal – The 12 Wishes Ritual to Align with Your Soul Path

Introduction: A Journey of 11:11 Through the Years

Every year, as the calendar reaches the 11th of November, I feel an inexplicable pull in my heart — a quiet whisper that says, “Something magical is about to unfold.”

For the past few years, on every 11:11, I’ve shared special videos with you — each filled with spiritual insights and guided activities. Many of you joined in those rituals, wrote your intentions, planted seeds of hope, meditated, forgave, and released. And so many of you came back with your stories — about how those 11 activities changed your energy, brought opportunities, healed relationships, and opened new paths you never imagined.

I still remember one of you wrote to me, “Ma’am, I did just two out of those 11 activities — but they transformed my life completely.” And that’s the power of 11:11 — it’s not about how much you do, it’s about how consciously you do it.

This year, I’m keeping it simple. Instead of sharing 11 activities, I’m going to share just one activity. But don’t let its simplicity fool you — this is one of the most powerful 11:11 rituals I’ve ever done.

This time, we’re not just writing wishes; we’re co-creating destiny with the universe.

What is the 11:11 Portal?

Let’s first understand the meaning behind this mystical number.

When you keep seeing 11:11 — on your phone, clocks, receipts, or even license plates — it’s not a coincidence. It’s what I call a cosmic nudge — a divine signal that your thoughts are aligning with your higher self.

Numerologically, 11 is a master number, representing intuition, awakening, and alignment. When it repeats — as in 11:11 — the energy doubles. It forms a powerful gateway or portal that connects your earthly intentions with higher realms of consciousness.

Think of it like this: imagine two pillars — one representing your physical world (your goals, work, relationships, everyday life), and the other representing your spiritual world (your soul purpose, higher guidance, intuition).

The 11:11 portal is where these two meet — the bridge that allows your soul’s desires to travel from the unseen into the seen. It’s the universe’s way of saying,

“You are in alignment. Now, make your wish — and let’s make it happen together.”

This portal typically opens around November 11 and stays active till December 12 (12:12) — giving you a full month of potent manifesting energy.

So this year, we’ll use that window to plant our wishes, not randomly, but intentionally, with the power of surrender and action.

The Energy of 11:11 in 2025

Every 11:11 carries its own unique vibration. This year, the energy feels more focused, more mature. It’s not about chasing multiple desires — it’s about refining them.

This is a year of clarity. The universe is asking you to choose consciously, to decide what truly matters to you, and to stop scattering your energy.

This year’s portal whispers:

“Less is more. Focus on what feels authentic, and I’ll amplify it for you.”

So, instead of doing 11 or 21 things, we’ll do one deep ritual — one that holds the vibration of 11, 12, and completion all together.

The 11:11 Activity: The 12 Wishes Ritual

Now, let’s talk about this year’s activity — The 12 Wishes Ritual.
It’s simple yet incredibly transformative. You don’t need any fancy tools — just your time, your intention, and your heart.

Before I explain the steps, remember: this is not about writing random desires. This is about energy alignment. When you write your wishes with clarity, faith, and surrender, you invite the universe to participate in your creation.

Step 1: The Preparation (Your Homework)

A day before 11:11 — or even on the morning of it if you wish — sit with your journal in a calm, quiet space. Light a candle or incense if you like, take a few deep breaths, and center yourself.

Now, write down everything you want to manifest — big or small. Don’t edit. Don’t question. Let it flow.
Think of it as a brainstorming session with your soul.

Ask yourself:

Your list could include short-term goals like:

Or long-term desires like:

Once you’ve written everything, take a pause. Then, shortlist. From all that you’ve written, choose the 12 wishes that feel most aligned with your heart right now.

💡 Tip: You’ll know a wish is right for you if your heart feels calm and excited when you read it — not anxious or doubtful.

Step 2: Writing the 12 Slips

On 11th November — or any day till 12th December — begin the main ritual.

You’ll need:

Now, on each slip, write one wish. Be specific and positive.
Don’t write “I don’t want debt.” Instead, write “I am living a debt-free, abundant life.”
Don’t write “I want to stop feeling anxious.” Instead, write “I am calm, centered, and in control of my emotions.”

Here are some examples:

Write each wish neatly on a separate slip. Once all 12 are written, fold them identically so you can’t tell which one is which.

As you fold, silently say:

“I am surrendering this wish to the divine plan. Let it manifest for my highest good.”

Alos read: Activate Your Planets for Abundance in Wealth, Health & Luck

Step 3: Charging the Box

Place all the folded slips into your chosen box or jar.
If you’re using crystals, place one Clear Quartz or Citrine inside — these stones are known for amplification and manifestation.

Close the lid and hold the box in your palms. Visualize white-golden light surrounding it.
You may say a short affirmation:

“These wishes are pure and aligned with my soul’s highest path.
I release them with faith, love, and gratitude.
The universe is now working in my Favor.”

Keep this box on your altar, your study table, or any space where you can see it daily.

Step 4: The Surrender Ritual — Trust Without Knowing

Starting the next day — or any day after 11:11 — begins the most powerful part of this ritual: surrendering without knowing.

Every day, for the next 11 days, take out one folded slip from your wish box — without opening or reading it.
You’re not supposed to know what it contains. That’s the beauty of it.

Because when you know, your mind starts expecting, controlling, or analyzing. But this ritual is about pure surrender. It’s a sacred act of saying —

“Dear Universe, I trust you completely. I don’t need to know which wish this is. I release control, and I let you lead.”

So, just take out one folded slip, hold it for a few seconds, close your eyes, and silently say your affirmation —

“I surrender this to the Universe.
I trust that whatever this is, it is being taken care of in divine timing and divine order.”

Then, burn the slip safely, allowing it to turn into ashes.
Watch the paper transform into smoke — that’s your wish rising to the higher realms.

Repeat this process for 11 days, one slip each day.
Don’t peek, don’t guess — just trust.

You’re training your energy to detach, to let go, to allow.
And this act of not knowing is what makes your vibration powerful and pure.

Step 5: The 12th Wish — The One You’ll Work For

Now comes the twist — and the beauty — of this ritual.

After the 11th day, you’ll be left with one slip — the 12th wish.

This time, open it.

This wish is special. It’s not the one you burn.
Instead, it’s the one you keep.

It’s as if the universe is saying,

“For these 11, I’ll work with you. But for this one, I want you to take the lead.”

So, take that slip and keep it in your journal.
Under it, write:

“I commit to working towards this dream with action, faith, and perseverance.”

Then, break it into smaller action steps.
If your wish is about health, decide what you’ll start doing — morning walks, mindful eating, meditation.
If it’s about career, maybe you’ll enroll in a new course, network, or apply for that promotion.

This 12th wish becomes your sacred contract — your reminder that divine help flows to those who take aligned action.

Step 6: Closing the Portal with Gratitude

On the 12th of December (12:12), take a few minutes to sit in silence and reflect on your journey.
You’ve written, surrendered, trusted, and acted — and that’s exactly what manifestation is all about.

Light a candle, thank the universe, and say aloud:

“I am grateful for every wish I’ve released and every dream that’s taking form.
I trust the timing, I trust the process, I trust myself.”

If you’ve kept the ashes of the burnt papers, you can release them into soil, river, or simply blow them into the air with gratitude. Let them merge back into the universe.

Example Walkthrough

Let’s do a small example together.

Suppose you wrote these 12 wishes during your preparation:

  1. Buy a new home.
  2. Get a promotion.
  3. Heal my relationship with my sibling.
  4. Improve health.
  5. Start a spiritual podcast.
  6. Visit Europe.
  7. Save ₹5 lakhs.
  8. Learn Reiki.
  9. Launch my online course.
  10. Meet my soulmate.
  11. Buy a new car.
  12. Stay consistent with journaling.

You write each on a slip, fold them, and place them in your jar.

Then for 11 days, you surrender one wish daily.
You burn, let go, and trust.

And suppose the 12th wish left at the end is:

“Stay consistent with journaling.”

That means the universe is saying — “This one’s on you. Start. Show up daily.”

So you begin journaling, and through that consistency, the energy of all other wishes also amplifies. That’s the beauty of this ritual — your action fuels your manifestations.

Why 12 Wishes?

You might wonder, “Why 12?”
Because 12 represents completion, balance, and divine order — 12 months, 12 zodiac signs, 12 disciples, 12 hours in a clock cycle.

It’s the perfect number to symbolize wholeness — the cycle of manifestation from thought to reality.
So when you write 12 wishes and release 11, you’re balancing surrender and effort — one foot in faith, one in action.

The Essence of This Ritual

Remember, the true purpose of this 11:11 ritual is not just to get what you want — it’s to become who you’re meant to be.

When you connect with the 11:11 energy, your vibration rises. You start aligning with your higher self, you gain clarity, synchronicities increase, and manifestations flow naturally.

This practice reminds you that manifestation isn’t magic — it’s alignment plus action.

Closing Message from My Heart

Every year when I do this ritual, something shifts within me.
Sometimes, the wish I wrote manifests faster than expected.
Other times, it transforms into something even better.
But every single time, I feel lighter, clearer, and deeply connected to the divine.

This year, as you do this ritual, don’t rush it. Feel it. Let your heart lead you.
When you write your wishes, imagine yourself living them already. Smile. Feel the gratitude of “already having it.”

And most importantly, trust that if it’s meant for you, the universe will move mountains to make it happen.

So, my beautiful souls, get ready for the magic of 11:11.
Prepare your 12 slips. Do your homework. And on the 11th of November, begin this sacred journey.

Because this 11:11 — something extraordinary is waiting to unfold for you.
