What is healing and its journey?

I used to write the first paragraph of an article by adding good positive words, but the case will be different in this article.

Pain, grudges, misery, some unshared cases, and traumas are part of everyone’s life. We are all gone or going through these.

Many of us find a way to heal and improve these aspects of life within time, but many people struggle when they start or try to heal. And they even don’t know the process of healing.

So here, I try to express the steps of healing and its different phases.


Conscious awareness

Many people don’t even realize that there is something wrong within, and they keep blaming the outer surrounding and people for their mood and unwanted issues.  If you are the one who gets angry on everyday issues and discussions, then it is high time for you that your body needs a change.


I can understand that it is not easy to accept this fact because it is not a sickness, but your inner self better knows the suffocation you feel.


SO, accept this fact and register it in your mind that “Something needs to change” Acceptance is the first step towards healing.


Self-responsibility

It is foremost that after identifying or accepting your inner self issues, you should convey to yourself that “I need to change myself”.


Identifying the issue is a task but working on it is the most struggling part of the healing journey. Most people keep this secondary task, they want a change in themselves, but they procrastinate and never make it a priority.


And when a simple issue arises, they start feeling suffocating and helpless.  So, making up your mind to bring a change in yourself is very hard but not impossible.


Self-Forgiveness

The next step is very soothing and satisfying only if you implement it.

Because of other people, you keep punishing your soul, mind and body. When you forgive someone, you forgive yourself. Let those people you have been holding for a long time. They are not worthy of your attention.


Grounding

“I feel supported”. If you start feeling it, trust me, you are healing. When you start backing yourself, every action comes from your consciousness.


Joy

The stage where all chaos comes to rest. No anger, grudges, fear, stress, or anxiety. Ready to shine and live NOW. The process might be slow, but it will be worth your patience. You can achieve it. All the best.

Right after waking up: affirmations

Studies have revealed that what you do right after waking up in the morning has the power to set the tone for your entire day.

If you want a day full of positivity, starting your morning with positive affirmations is one of the most convincing things you can do!


You can’t control what happens to you, but you can regulate your thoughts and energy. Focusing on the good is what your soul wants. Focusing on the wrong things and constantly complaining does not help you anyway.

A healer can connect with the unseen realms and the energies around us and within us. The healer uses this ability to heal others and the world.

Last year I started posting videos on social media. People appreciated my content and called me ‘A Healer.’

To be honest. I’ve never actually thought of myself as a healer. But the comments made me stop and think about my career and purpose in life. Upon deeper introspection, I thought, yes! I am a healer. And chances are you are too.

What is raising your vibration means?

You are raising your vibration means working on your emotions, working on your thoughts. A smile is infectious; if you smile, another person will also pass your smile back. And vibration also works like this. Higher your vibration, the Higher the emotions.

“Everything is just a reflection of myself”.  

When you realize it, your perspective of seeing others gets changed. If you are angry, your vibration will also be the same. That’s why I said vibration means working on your emotions and thoughts.

Why do you need to raise your vibration?

Let me give you an example for a better understanding. Let’s say you are in a dark room, and the visibility is zero in that room. And after five minutes, someone opens the window to enter some light into the room. Now you can see something in that room, right? and after ten minutes, the door opens, and all the light comes into the room, now you can see everything in the room.

The same goes for the vibration. You are in the darkest place where your emotions are low, dealing with toxic relationships, holding on to the past, and are on medications.

Allow yourself to expose to the light, and bring gratitude, kindness, forgiveness, smiling, love, joy and passion to yourself. Raise your vibration.

How can you raise your vibration?

Here are a few things which will help you to raise your vibration.

Meditate: It will help you to focus on yourself. It is the best you can do for yourself. Make the connections with your mind and body.

Stay hydrated: Drink enough amount of water during the day. It helps your body to refresh and better room for your thoughts.

Start Journaling: It is the best way to clear your doubts. Journaling your day helps you for a clear vision.

Eat raw fresh foods: Eating junk food is a cause of change in your emotional behavior. It might sound like crap but at least give a try to this. I can bet you will notice the changes in your decision-making and mood.

Spend time in nature: Whenever you feel worried, anxious, or disheartened. Just walk in nature, stop the screen. It will uplift your spirit.

Diet plays a vital role in our mental health and body. If the diet is not clean and consuming a lot of junk, it is alarming for you. You would feel heightened in emotions when the diet taken by you is not good and healthy.


Caffeine

A lot of caffeine consumption in a day causes less rest for your body. You push your body to be more productive, and then the disbalance in your work-life is created. It creates stress which converts into anxiety.


Saying yes to many things

This fact is related to psychological stress because many people face the issue of saying yes to many things. Despite time limitations, people accept more work which leads them to stress. Learn to say no and prioritize your life and family. 


Too much social media

The most criminal reason for anxiety is social media. It is one of the toxicities which we keep in our life. Sense of comparison, insecurities, and trends are the keys to stress. Today’s generation is hell addicted to it and consumes a lot of negative thoughts and vibes from the same.

Isolating yourself

Being an introvert, I can understand how difficult it is to open up in front of others, and it becomes challenging for us. It creates more stress by isolating the self. It might be uneasy, but trust me, it is worth discussing how you feel.

What is maturity? Five keys to being mature

Maturity is an expression we start observing in our early 20s. Perfection sounds like a fascinating term, and it correlates with maturity. If you are mature, you are perfect.


I am not perfect, but it never means that I lack maturity. I am still learning. The different phases in life bring different situations, and situation brings the maturity. Sometimes we conquer, and sometimes we learn from it.


I am working as a principal cum director and now a budding creator.

I have a little world, and now in my 50s, I decided to reach the millions through my knowledge and content.


I have encountered a lot of phases in my life, and that’s why the advice I’m about to deliver to you will unexpectedly transform your life.

Five realizations of mine as I get mature.

1. No one is perfect and has it all together.

Throughout our life, we crave perfection. That sense of comparison is always disturbed us. I am sure; you are also comparing yourself to someone and then feel low. Trust me; you are as good as someone.

NO ONE IS PERFECT in all things.

We can’t compare Sachin Tendulkar and Lata Mangeshkar. Both are phenomenal in their respective areas.

2. People tell you who they are. You only have to listen.

Observe the conversation, analyze it deeply, and then react to it. I used to pass the judgments in the very first place. But timely, I learned to be calm and listen to things.

You often do the same thing. Right? Have some patience in your nature. Words would be valued when it comes from a calm person.

3. The quality of your friendship becomes more important than the quantity.

A group of two people brings value to the room, and a group of ten brings bitching and politics to the room. It is like poison. If you want stability and growth in your life, observe the people around you.

Two friends are enough to talk about the future and life. No need to create an army of friends. You will realize it soon.

4. Holding on can do more damage than letting go.

Relationships, friends, and close loved ones give us the best moments of our life, but sometimes they become toxic for us. We hold the grudges and take them with us. It hurts to remember those people who are not with us. But when we keep holding those grudges, it creates more damage to us. It is better to leave the rope of toxicity.

A person who is living in the past can disturb any one’s present. Do not be the one.

5. You can’t control other people and their actions.

When someone does wrong with us, we get upset. But we forget that action of another person is their will. We can’t control it.

Trusting them is our choice but breaking that trust is their choice. So, do not blame yourself because of some other. That’s the conversation I had with myself these years. It may make sense to you
