Do You Suffer from Self-Doubt? A Guide to Empowerment

What is Self-Sabotage:

Self-sabotage is the subconscious tendency to undermine our own success or well-being. It manifests in various forms, such as procrastination, negative self-talk, and fear of failure. By recognizing the patterns of self-sabotage in our thoughts and behaviors, we can begin to dismantle these barriers to personal growth and fulfillment.

In this article, I, Dr Neeti Kaushik, delve into the concept of self-sabotage and seven common ways we inadvertently sabotage ourselves and offer practical strategies to overcome these obstacles.

Isolating Ourselves in Times of Hurt:

When faced with emotional pain, our instinct may be to retreat into solitude, shutting out the world. However, this retreat into solitude often backfires. Rather than finding relief, we end up amplifying our emotions.

Picture this: you’ve had a tough day at work, and instead of talking it out with a friend over dinner, you opt to stay home alone. As the evening wears on, your mind keeps replaying the events of the day, magnifying the stress and anxiety you feel.

But what if, instead of shutting everyone out, you reached out to a trusted friend or confidant? Imagine sitting down with that friend, sharing your frustrations and worries without any expectation of a solution. The simple act of verbalizing your emotions can be incredibly cathartic. As you speak, you might feel a weight lifting off your shoulders, the tension in your chest easing.

Rejecting Praise and Self-Worth:

Too often, we dismiss compliments and praise, diminishing our own self-worth. I used to be guilty of this myself. When someone would compliment me, saying, “Neeti, today you look very beautiful,” my immediate response would be, “Thank you, but it’s all because of my parents’ genes and God.” By deflecting acknowledgment of my strengths, I inadvertently diminished my confidence and failed to recognize my intrinsic value.

However, I’ve come to realize the importance of embracing compliments graciously. Now, when someone says the same thing, I respond differently. I say, “Thank you so much! I am very grateful to you for seeing beauty in me. I accept the praise for myself and also acknowledge the role of my parents and God in shaping who I am. By doing so, I honour my worthiness and express gratitude for the recognition.

Neglecting Personal Needs:

Neglecting our own needs while prioritizing the needs of others is a common tendency. I vividly recall how my father tirelessly devoted himself to fulfilling our needs, often surpassing his own limits to ensure we had the best education and amenities. Similarly, my mother tirelessly ensured our family’s well-being, focusing on providing us with delicious and nutritious meals and attending to our every need.

Reflecting on their selflessness, I’ve come to realize that while caring for family is admirable, sacrificing one’s own needs and desires can lead to resentment and dissatisfaction. It’s essential to remember that we deserve fulfillment too. Just as my parents devoted themselves to our well-being, they also deserve to prioritize their own happiness. Ignoring personal needs may seem noble, but it can ultimately lead to sadness and unfulfilled dreams. It’s a lesson I’ve learned firsthand, and now I strive to find a balance between caring for others and nurturing my own well-being.

Fearing to Ask for Help:

Many of us are afraid to ask for help because we worry about what others might think. I used to feel this way too. I was stressed out but didn’t want to admit I needed help. Eventually, I talked to a friend and felt much better. They listened and helped me out without judging me. It made me realize that asking for help doesn’t mean I’m weak—it shows I’m strong enough to admit when I need support. So, if you’re struggling, don’t be afraid to reach out. There are people who care and want to help you feel better.

Procrastination as Self-Sabotage:

Procrastination creates unnecessary stress and diminishes productivity. I kept delaying the start of my YouTube channel for so long, always waiting for the perfect moment. I worried about what others would think and if my videos would be good enough. But then, I finally uploaded my first video. Looking back, it wasn’t perfect, but it was a start. Watching it now, I see how much I’ve improved since then.

That video was my starting point, and it’s what got me here. It taught me that waiting for perfection only holds us back. Start now, every step forward is progress toward your goals.

To overcome procrastination, you can wear Carnelian.

Overcommitting to Others:

Overcommitting to others is a trap many fall into. Whether it’s saying yes to every task at work or taking on responsibilities that aren’t ours, the result is often burnout and resentment. I’ve seen people exhaust themselves trying to please everyone, even at the expense of their own well-being. But here’s the thing: it’s okay to say no. Setting boundaries and prioritizing our own needs isn’t selfish—it’s necessary for our health and happiness. So, the next time you feel tempted to overcommit, remember that saying no is an act of self-care, not selfishness.

Striving for Perfection

The idea of being perfect can be exhausting. We chase after this ideal that doesn’t really exist, and it leaves us feeling inadequate. But here’s the thing: perfection is just a made-up standard. There’s nothing wrong with imperfection; in fact, it’s what makes us unique and beautiful.

Instead of trying to be flawless, let’s embrace our imperfections. They’re a natural part of being human. Our quirks and flaws are what make us interesting and relatable. So, let’s celebrate our authenticity and vulnerability, knowing that it’s okay to be imperfect. By letting go of the pressure to be perfect, we can feel more confident and creative in our own skin.

Self-sabotaging behaviors often stem from ingrained patterns and beliefs that undermine our well-being and hinder personal growth. By recognizing these behaviors and implementing proactive strategies, we can transcend self-doubt and anxiety, cultivating a more fulfilling and empowered life journey. The Power of Parental Influence: How My Dad Became My Role Model

Greetings dear community! Dr. Neeti Kaushik here, excited to share a special part of my life with you all. Today, I want to shine a spotlight on someone who has been my guiding star since day one—my Dad. His influence has shaped me in more ways than I can count. My father has been my inspiration, my pillar of strength, and above all, my first and most important role model.

Building Blocks of Character:

Growing up, my dad was my superhero. Sure, he could be strict at times, but looking back, I realize it was all to teach us important lessons about responsibility and respect. From making our beds every morning to showing up on time for family dinners, he instilled in us the values that would guide us through life’s ups and downs.

Dr. Neeti Kaushik’s Father

Leading by Example:

My dad’s way of teaching was through action, not just words. He led by example, showing us the importance of hard work and giving back to the community. He never said, “Be like me,” but his dedication inspired us to follow his lead. When he wanted us to focus on studying, he’d sit with us, reading his own books or newspapers, setting the example without saying a word. He never told us to learn swimming; he just took us to the pool and showed us how fun it could be. That’s the kind of dad he was – leading the way without saying a thing.

Balancing Rewards with Responsibility:

In our home, my dad firmly believed in the balance of rewards and responsibility. He instilled in us the idea that privileges were earned through dedicated effort. Take TV time, for example. It wasn’t just handed out freely; it was a reward for completing our chores and homework diligently. We had a set schedule: half an hour on Wednesdays and three hours for a movie on Sundays. But there was a catch –

And when it was time for that movie, it wasn’t just us kids excitedly sitting in front of the screen. Dad would join us, making it a family affair. It was like a cycle of work and reward, where the effort we put in made the enjoyment of TV time even sweeter.

Encouragement and Empowerment:

My dad was my biggest fan, always there to cheer me on no matter what dreams I chased. He believed in me more than anyone else, and his support gave me the courage to go after what I wanted, even when it felt hard. He planted the seed of ambition in me early on, calling me “Principal Beetiya” when I was just a teacher. And he wasn’t just talk – he showed me that age didn’t limit what I could achieve, topping his LLB at 50. His knowledge, from gemstones to astrology, made me feel like I could do anything.

My father used to tell me, “Neeti Beta, you will have the identity of a wife, a mother, or a daughter-in-law like any other woman in the world, but remember, you also need your identity beside them.” Whether I was hitting academic goals or taking personal leaps, his belief in me pushed me forward. When I felt unsure, his words of encouragement lifted me up, reminding me that I had what it took to chase my dreams without holding back.

Passing Down Wisdom:

Now, as a parent myself, I’m following in my father’s footsteps. Whether it’s teaching the value of discipline or demonstrating integrity and kindness through my actions, I strive to be the same guiding light for my Son, as my father was for me. Taking cues from his example, I’ve implemented similar practices in my parenting approach. For instance, during my son’s 10th grade, we introduced a no-phone rule at home, setting an example by limiting our own phone use after work. Additionally, when my son expressed his dream of becoming a pilot, aware of the challenges ahead, we wholeheartedly supported him in pursuing his aspirations, just as my father supported me in my endeavours.

As you read about my journey, pause for a moment to ponder the example you’re setting for your own kids. Are you really there for them, or are work and other stuff getting in the way? Remember, we’re the first teachers our kids ever have. Everything they learn from us—how we act, what we say—it all shapes who they become. Let’s make spending quality time with them a priority. Let’s show them what love, compassion, and dedication really look like, through our own actions. Best of luck on this incredible journey called parenting!

My Coping Mechanisms for Managing Sadness, Stress, and Anxiety

Hello dear community, I hope you’re doing well! Today, I, Dr Neeti Kaushik want to talk about something that many of you have asked me about: how I keep a positive mindset and how I handle moments of sadness, depression, and anxiety.

Like all of us, I face these emotions too. But over time, I’ve discovered some tricks that really help me get through the tough times. So, I’m excited to share with you my personal journey and the Seven Methods I rely on to find peace and comfort when things get tough. I believe these strategies can make a real difference in your life too!

1. Embracing Emotional Release

When the waves of sorrow reach me, I do not shy away from tears. Instead, I embrace them as a means of release. I allow myself to weep until my heart feels lighter, and the burden on my soul begins to lift. However, I must clarify that this isn’t an everyday occurrence or a reaction to the same issue. After the tears have subsided, I engage in introspection. I remind myself that it’s okay not to control everything and focus on aspects within my sphere of influence and then I meditate with my Aquamarine Bracelet for 10 -15 minutes.

I recall a time after my marriage when I faced numerous challenges, typical for anyone adjusting to a new environment. The pressure to adapt and meet others’ expectations caused significant stress, leading me to cry frequently.

It was during this time that my uncle shared some wise words with me. He said, “Neeti beta, crying is good, but make sure you understand its importance. If you cry too often, your family might think it’s just a daily occurrence and stop paying attention to your tears. But if you cry once in a while, it will make everyone attentive and eager to support you.” Since that day, when I feel overwhelmed, I allow myself to cry, using it as a reminder that the situation doesn’t deserve any more of my tears.

2. Deep Breathing and Hydration

When I feel anxious or stressed, I pause whatever I’m doing and focus on taking slow, deep breaths. I find a quiet space where I can sit comfortably, close my eyes, and concentrate on the rhythm of my breathing. With each inhale and exhale, I consciously release tension from my body, allowing a sense of calm to wash over me.

Deep breathing not only helps to oxygenate my brain but also activates the body’s relaxation response, reducing feelings of anxiety and promoting overall well-being.

Additionally, I reach for a glass of water and drink it slowly, sip by sip. Water, the essential H2O, not only hydrates my body but also provides an influx of oxygen to my brain. As the water content increases in my body, I feel more rejuvenated and refreshed, ready to face whatever challenges come my way.

3. Disconnecting and Taking a Walk

Another effective strategy is by stepping outside and taking a walk. Whether it’s a stroll through the park or a leisurely walk along the roadside, being in nature instantly calms my mind and soothes my soul.

As I walk, I breathe in the fresh air and soak in the beauty of my surroundings. The rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds, and the warmth of the sun all work together to ease my stress and help me feel grounded.

Taking a walk isn’t just about getting some exercise—it’s about reconnecting with the natural world and finding peace in its simplicity. It’s my go-to strategy for clearing my mind, gaining perspective, and finding a sense of calm amidst the chaos of life.

4. Gazing at the Clouds

One of my favourite ways to relax is by simply gazing at the clouds in the open sky. I find a quiet spot, whether it’s on my rooftop or in a nearby park, and I take a moment to sit and watch the clouds drift by. The sheer openness of the sky has a soothing effect on my mind and soul, helping me to feel light and at ease.

I’m sure you’ve noticed that spending too much time cooped up indoors can leave us feeling tired and emotionally drained. When we’re alone with our thoughts, it’s easy to get caught up in overthinking and dwelling on past memories. But when we step outside and look up at the vast open sky, something shifts in our minds. The endless expanse above us seems to quiet the noise in our heads and brings a sense of peace and relaxation.

5. Engaging the Mind: Diversions and Distractions

When I’m feeling restless and unable to leave my current surroundings, I have a simple trick to calm my mind: I reach for my phone or a newspaper and start solving a mind puzzle or reading about a new topic. It’s like giving myself a mental playground to escape to when I can’t physically leave.

Just like how we give a toy to a crying child to distract them, solving a puzzle helps me divert my attention from whatever thoughts are causing me stress or restlessness. It’s a quick and effective way to shift my focus and find some mental relief.

6. Reconnecting with Childhood Joy

One of my go-to stress relievers is making paper planes and watching them fly. It’s a simple yet effective way to take a break from the busyness of life and find some peace.

I’ve loved making paper planes since I was a child, and it’s a hobby that still brings me joy today. There’s something incredibly satisfying about folding a piece of paper and seeing it take flight. Plus, watching where the planes go adds an element of excitement and wonder.

Next time you’re feeling overwhelmed, give it a try! All you need is a piece of paper and a few minutes to fold. It’s a quick and easy way to lift your mood and find some much-needed relaxation.

7. Cultivating Calm Through Order:

Finally, I acknowledge the profound impact of my environment on my emotional well-being. By decluttering and organizing my surroundings, I create a sanctuary of serenity amidst the chaos of life. Discarding items that no longer serve a purpose frees me from the weight of unnecessary baggage, allowing me to breathe more deeply and live more fully.

Dear readers, I urge you to embrace these simple yet profound coping mechanisms when you find yourself facing the stormy seas of sadness or anxiety. While seeking support from others is important and valid, there’s immense power in learning to navigate our emotional turbulence independently. By embracing the practices of emotional release, mindfulness, and reconnecting with the simplicity of joy, we empower ourselves to weather life’s storms with resilience and grace.

Remember, it’s not about avoiding difficult emotions altogether, but rather about learning to navigate them with compassion and self-awareness. So, the next time you feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges, I encourage you to turn inward and draw upon the strength that lies within you.

Embarking on My Manifestation Journey

Hello, my dear community members. Today, I, Dr Neeti Kaushik excited to share with you another pivotal chapter of my life—my manifestation journey. While manifestation has gained immense popularity in recent times, my connection with this concept dates back to my childhood.

Early Years of Visualization

From a young age, I possessed a vivid imagination. I would often find myself daydreaming about various scenarios, envisioning what I wanted my future to look like. One significant influence on this imaginative practice was observing my father in his professional role. He served as an officer, and I would imagine myself commanding and carrying out duties like him. This imagery of authority and leadership sparked a desire within me to emulate his confident demeanour and success.

Another aspect of my childhood visualizations involved envisioning material upgrades for my family. I often pictured our modest scooter being replaced by a car, with all of us joyfully riding together on family outings. I also imagined having an abundance of clothes neatly arranged in a spacious wardrobe, symbolizing comfort and abundance.

These episodes of visualization, though playful at the time, unknowingly laid the foundation for what I now understand as the power of manifestation—turning desires into reality through focused visualization.

Introduction to Manifestation by My Father

My father played a pivotal role in introducing me to this concept of manifestation, although I didn’t fully grasp it at the time. He affectionately called me “Principal bitiya,” envisioning a future where I would hold a prestigious position as a school Principal. Even when I was just a regular teacher, his encouragement and playful nickname planted seeds of ambition in my young mind.

When I observed the Principal at my school, I paid close attention to every detail—how they communicated, how they handled administrative tasks, and how they exuded leadership qualities. I would often mimic these behaviours in my imaginative play, rehearsing scenarios where I confidently led a school community with grace and authority.

Little did I know that these childhood visualizations were laying the groundwork for a deeper understanding of manifestation—the deliberate practice of envisioning and attracting desired outcomes into one’s life.

Challenging Limiting Beliefs and Embracing Possibilities

On my path to becoming a school Principal at a young age, I encountered scepticism from those who believed I needed more teaching experience and to be older. People questioned if I was ready for such responsibilities, following traditional career norms.

Instead of accepting these doubts, I chose to challenge them. I asked myself, “Is there a rule saying I can’t pursue my dream now?” This shift in mindset empowered me to embrace possibilities and visualize myself succeeding as a principal, despite societal expectations.

Visualization became my secret weapon. I imagined myself making decisions, leading staff, and fostering a positive school environment. Each visualization boosted my confidence and helped me overcome doubts.

Manifesting Love

One of the most significant manifestations in my life unfolded through my marriage. Growing up, I saw my father’s biases and heard hurtful comments about people from the certain community. These experiences made me uneasy and inspired me to confront these prejudices.

In response to my father’s biases, I silently prayed for a life partner from that community. Years later, my prayers were answered miraculously when I met and fell in love with a man from that background. He was everything I had hoped for—a kind-hearted person, a supportive partner, and someone who accepted me completely.

For many years, there was tension in my relationship with my father, but after four years, he finally accepted my husband.

The change in my father’s attitude was nothing short of a miracle. Through this experience, I learned that manifestation isn’t just about material desires but also about shaping our reality based on our deepest intentions and beliefs.

Personal Milestones

Manifestation has profoundly transformed my life into a journey of continuous learning and growth. Through my YouTube channel, I experienced remarkable manifestations, such as achieving the YouTube Silver and Gold Play Buttons.

When I started my YouTube channel in 2020, I initially had 10,000 subscribers by December 2021. Within just one month, by January 23, 2022, my channel’s subscribers grew to 100,000—an incredible manifestation. Similarly, I manifested the Gold Play Button, reaching 10 million subscribers exactly on January 23, 2024, the same date I had envisioned.

In addition to YouTube milestones, manifestation has enhanced my personal growth and patience. I incorporated practices like writing money letters, abundance notes, and messages to my higher self, which have been instrumental in achieving my dreams.

This journey has empowered me to become more confident and committed to continuous self-improvement. Overall, manifestation has not only helped me achieve my dreams but has also shaped me into a more patient, confident, and growth-oriented individual dedicated to sharing knowledge and empowering others on their manifestation journeys.

Sharing Knowledge with Others

Driven by my passion for sharing knowledge and helping others, I’ve leveraged YouTube as a platform to discuss manifestation, gratitude, and personal growth. Last year, I expanded my outreach by launching an immersive 11-day course—the “Manifest Abundance Challenge.” This program offers practical techniques and insights to unlock the power of manifestation, guiding participants through visualization, intention-setting, and gratitude practices. I invite all those curious about manifestation to join this transformative journey and discover how intentional living can lead to abundance and fulfilment.

I am grateful to share this transformative experience with all of you and extend an open invitation to all who seek to embrace the limitless potential of manifestation in their lives. Let’s manifest our dreams and embark on a fulfilling journey towards abundance and self-realization, one intention at a time.

My Journey from Religious to Spiritual Navratri Celebrations

Greetings, my cherished community members,

Today, I, Dr Neeti Kaushik, extend an invitation to delve into a significant juncture of my life, a pivotal journey that reshaped my outlook and contributed profoundly to my present identity. This narrative traces my evolution from perceiving Navratri merely as a religious tradition to embracing its profound spiritual essence.

Immersed in Religious Tradition

In yesteryears, my observance of Navratri rituals mirrored entrenched religious practices. The customary rituals – Ghatasthapana, sowing the jau(barley), reciting chapters from Saptashati  –constituted a ritualistic routine ingrained through familial and cultural heritage. Yet, beneath the surface, these rituals carried burdens of obligation and misconceptions. The fear of guilt over incomplete observances overshadowed the essence of celebration, reducing Navratri to a dutiful obligation rather than a joyous commemoration.

Pioneering a Shift: Questioning, Seeking, Understanding

My journey began amidst a period of spiritual awakening and self-discovery. With a foundation in science, I set out to explore the intricacies of Navratri. As I delved deeper into its significance, I uncovered profound links between Navratri and astronomical events, revealing how the festival aligns with celestial transitions like Equinoxes and seasonal changes. With four Navratras – Chaitra, Sharad, and two “gupt” ones – echoing nature’s changes, we’re prompted to sync our lifestyles with cosmic rhythms. Just like adjusting our attire and diet to match seasonal shifts, Navratri invites us to reset our bodies and minds, fostering rejuvenation and renewal.

As seasons change, so do our habits. Transitioning from winter to summer, we embrace lighter fabrics and foods to adapt to warmer weather. Navratri provides a space for our beings to reset and realign amidst these shifts. This insight shed light on Navratri’s deeper essence – acting as a harmonious bridge between cosmic rhythms and human life, fostering adaptation and rejuvenation in harmony with the natural order.

For instance, Chaitra Navratra marks a fresh start, coinciding with the onset of spring in India. It’s a time for Hindus to worship Goddess Durga and embrace new beginnings. Apart from its religious significance, Chaitra Navratri holds agricultural importance, signalling the start of the harvest season. Families come together during this time, sharing joyous celebrations and traditional feasts.

Chaitra Navratra, observed during the Hindu lunar month of Chaitra (March-April), typically falls around the same time as the Hindu New Year in various regions of India.

Nine Devi Energies: Unveiling Divine Manifestations

At the heart of Navratri lies the worship of the nine divine manifestations of Goddess Durga, each embodying distinct energies and virtues:

Maa Shailaputri

The epitome of purity and peace, symbolizing new beginnings.

Maa Brahmacharini

Radiating beauty and happiness, she inspires inner joy and contentment.

Maa Chandraghanta

Adorned with richness and elegance, she bestows grace and prosperity.

Maa Kushmanda

The harbinger of joy and enthusiasm, infusing life with vibrancy.

Maa Skandamata

Nurturing growth, fertility, and new beginnings, she fosters renewal and expansion.

Maa Katyayani

The healer of emotional wounds and resolver of marital discord, offering solace and harmony.

Maa Kalaratri

Dispelling darkness, negativity, and malefic influences of Saturn, she heralds light and protection.

Maa Mahagauri

The bestower of wealth, opulence, and individuality, showering abundance and uniqueness.

Maa Siddhidatri

The epitome of universal love, harmony, and affection, fostering unity and compassion.

Personal Transformation: Nurturing a Spiritual Bond

Drawing upon the symbolism of the Nine Devis, I embarked on a journey of personal alignment and spiritual resonance. By aligning with specific Devi energies tailored to my needs, I cultivated intimate connections with these divine manifestations. For example, immersing myself in the energy of Maa Katyayani facilitated emotional healing and resilience. Through prayers and chants dedicated to her for nine days, I witnessed profound changes in my mental strength, enabling me to overcome frequent emotional breakdowns. This transformation not only brought happiness to my life but was also evident to those around me, including my family.

Furthermore, during Navratri, I connected with Maa Skandamata to support my son through a period of uncertainty in his job. Recognizing the powerful bond between mother and child through the womb chakra, I harnessed the maternal energy to bring about positive changes in his life. Once again, I observed the tangible impact of these spiritual practices in our lives.

Harmonizing Rituals: Embracing Fluidity and Meaning

With newfound clarity, my approach to Navratri rituals underwent a significant change. Instead of rigidly following traditions, I embraced a more flexible and intuitive approach. I now choose rituals that hold personal significance for me, freeing myself from feelings of guilt and obligation. Navratri, once seen as a strict mandate, now serves as a nurturing space for introspection, renewal, and growth. I no longer adhere strictly to fasting rules but instead focus on simple rituals that hold meaning for me. Missing a day no longer carries a sense of guilt, as I recognize these days as opportunities for a fresh start in the year ahead. This shift has created a more harmonious environment in my home.

Sharing the Light: Illuminating Paths, Touching Lives

Motivated by my own journey of transformation, I felt compelled to share the wisdom I gained along the way. Hosting workshops on Navratras and engaging in discussions, I aimed to spread awareness about the depth of Navratri’s significance. Witnessing the profound impact these teachings had on others was incredibly fulfilling. After the success of my two workshops, I decided to make it a regular practice. It’s truly gratifying to hear stories of spiritual growth from participants. One of the most heartwarming moments was when I shared my teachings with my mother, who expressed pride in my role as her spiritual guide.

Navratri holds significance beyond religious customs, delving into its scientific importance and being celebrated across cultures with various names.  It signifies cosmic and personal transitions, inviting us on a spiritual journey of self-discovery and enlightenment. By understanding its rituals and tapping into Devi energies, we unlock our latent potential for holistic well-being and inner harmony.

I am grateful for your companionship on this enlightening journey. May the diverse forms of Navadurga enrich your life with divine blessings and unleash your dormant potential. Jai Mata Di!

Unlocking My Heart Chakra: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Healing

Hello, dear community,

Today, I, Dr Neeti Kaushik, want to share a pivotal moment in my life—a journey where unlocking my heart chakra made me mentally stronger and calmer.

When I embarked on my spiritual journey, delving into the realm of chakras, I never imagined that my heart chakra would be the one in need of attention. As a teacher, surrounded by children and seemingly immersed in nurturing relationships, I assumed my heart chakra was in perfect balance. Little did I know, the journey to discovering and unblocking this vital energy center would transform my life in profound ways.

Realization of Blockage:

My journey began about four years ago when I stumbled upon a book titled “Chakra Bible. As I delved into its pages, I found myself captivated by the wisdom it imparted. It was within these pages that I came face to face with the realization that my heart chakra was indeed blocked. Despite outward appearances of strength and composure, deep-rooted issues of trust, jealousy, and self-worth had taken residence within me.

Symptoms and Acknowledgement:

Reflecting on my past, I recognized patterns of overemotional reactions, a reluctance to form deep connections, and a persistent feeling of inadequacy. Jealousy, stemming from a desire to be the best, and an over-reliance on others, were just some of the manifestations of my blocked heart chakra. Physical symptoms such as breathlessness and heaviness in my arms further confirmed the presence of an energetic blockage.

Steps Towards Healing:

Determined to restore harmony within, I embarked on a journey of healing and self-discovery. Through a variety of practices and rituals, I began the process of unblocking my heart chakra.

Picture 1: Admiring the full moon while performing the Letting go ritual

Picture 2,3 & 4: Incorporating green into my wardrobe and integrating green crystals into my daily life.

Transformation and Growth:

With a consistent dedication to chakra-balancing practices, I witnessed a profound transformation within myself. The once-overwhelming emotions became manageable, replaced by a sense of inner strength and resilience. I learned to empathize and understand others’ journeys, embracing acceptance and letting go of the need for comparison. This newfound peace of mind translated into improved relationships, enhanced well-being, and a deeper sense of fulfillment in life.

My journey to unlocking my heart chakra has been nothing short of transformative. Through introspection, dedication, and a willingness to confront my innermost fears, I have discovered a profound sense of peace and wholeness. As I continue on this path of self-discovery, I am reminded that chakra balancing is not a destination but a continuous journey of growth and evolution. May my experience serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration for those embarking on their own path toward healing and self-realization.

Final Thoughts:

Chakra balancing is an essential aspect of holistic well-being, impacting every facet of our lives. By acknowledging and addressing energetic blockages, we can unleash our true potential and live a life filled with joy, abundance, and love. Remember, the power to transform lies within each of us. Embrace the journey, and may your heart chakra radiate with the light of love and compassion.

Power of Visualization: My Journey with Vision Boards

Hello, dear community,

Today, I, Dr. Neeti Kaushik, want to share a transformative chapter of my life—a journey that made me more focused, enhanced my ability to visualize my desires, and ultimately helped me achieve my goals. It’s all about the incredible power of visualization through the use of Vision Boards.

Here are some of the vision boards I’ve crafted during this transformative journey:

The Humble Beginnings (2012-2015): Small Affirmations and Vague Goals

In 2012, my venture into the world of Vision Boards commenced with small affirmations that I would write and paste, offering a glimpse into the power of visualization. With limited knowledge, mainly gathered from readings like “The Secret” and its volumes, I witnessed some positive outcomes. However, from 2015 to 2018, my vision boards lacked structure, specific colours, or defined statements. My goals were materialistic, and while I achieved significant milestones like buying property and a luxury car, spirituality remained unexplored.

A Shift Towards Purposeful Visioning (2019): Embracing Structure and

In 2019, a turning point occurred as I dedicated more effort to create a purposeful vision board. Embracing a grid structure, specific colours, and well-defined affirmations, I visualized career growth, school achievements, financial success, and more. From Roles to Recognition: A Journey of My Own Identity, A Golden Play Button, and the Love of Millions

Greetings, wonderful community! Today, I’m excited to share the incredible journey that led me to achieve 1 million subscribers on my YouTube channel. I am Dr Neeti Kaushik, a Doctorate in Education with over 35 years of experience in teaching, school administration, curriculum planning, and teacher training and this is the story of my transition from the school corridors to the vast world of YouTube.

The Spark of Inspiration:

In August 2020, the seed of starting a YouTube channel was planted during a personal consultation with Suman Sunshine. Little did I know that this casual conversation would spark a new chapter in my life. Suman encouraged me to share my insights on a broader platform, recognizing the authenticity and joy she experienced while listening to me.

The Genesis of My Channel:

The second important person in this journey was Madhu Tyagi Mam, a Hindi teacher. It was at her home where she created my YouTube channel using my Gmail, and this was on November 21, 2020, also my birthday when I started my YouTube channel. Armed with basic equipment, including my trusty mobile camera, I embarked on this new adventure.

Balancing Act:

Managing a full-time role as a teacher and principal from 7 am to 5 pm, and then dedicating my evenings from 7 pm to 11:30 pm to YouTube, presented its challenges. Yet, fuelled by a passion to make a difference, I conducted teacher workshops, shared student videos, and even conducted interviews with educators during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Viral Breakthrough:

For a year, I tirelessly wrote scripts, created videos, and shared content on various topics. Then, unexpectedly, a video I posted in February, ‘Do you wake up between 3 AM to 5 AM,’ went viral in November. The sudden influx of comments and views, over 25k in a week and eventually reaching over 1 lakh views, left me astonished. It was my authenticity and genuine intent that resonated with the audience.

Pivoting Towards Astrology, Numerology and Manifestation:

Observing a trend of negativity in astrology and numerology content on YouTube, where information was more about creating fear than guiding people through the power of numbers and planets, I felt the need for a positive change. Turning my hobby into a powerful tool, acquired during my early teaching days, I decided to use my knowledge in astrology, numerology and manifestation to positively impact lives.

Stepping Into the Unknown:

My journey wasn’t just about accumulating views; it was a personal quest for identity. Balancing roles as a mother, wife, and educator, I realized the importance of having my own identity. The decision to resign from a 35-year-long educational career on August 1, 2022, was not easy. However, it marked the beginning of a new chapter dedicated to my own passions.

From Solo to Team:

Starting from the confines of my home, slowly building a team of two, then four, to now having a dedicated team of eight in a personal office, the journey has been transformative. The support received from the audience has been overwhelming, culminating in the proud moment of receiving the coveted Golden Play Button.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to each one of you. If I can achieve this at 50, remember, age is just a number, and it’s never too late to pursue your dreams. Thank you for being a part of my journey, and here’s to the next million!

Overcoming Exam Phobia: A Guide to Effective Study Habits

Exams are an inevitable part of student life, and it’s not uncommon to feel overwhelmed by the pressure they bring. However, with a few practical strategies, you can conquer exam phobia and approach your studies with confidence. Here’s a guide to help you navigate the challenging journey of exam preparation.

Create a Realistic Study Schedule:

Develop a well-organized study schedule that includes dedicated time for each subject. Break down your study sessions into manageable chunks, allowing for both focus and breaks. A realistic schedule helps in reducing the overwhelming feeling associated with extensive study materials.

Mind Mapping for Clarity:

Use mind maps to organize information visually. Creating mind maps can help you understand the relationships between different concepts, making it easier to recall information during exams. This visual approach enhances comprehension and aids in retaining key points.

Connect with Nature:

Take breaks to step outside and connect with nature. A short walk-in a nearby park or spending time amidst greenery can refresh your mind and alleviate stress. Nature has a calming effect, and spending time outdoors can improve your focus and overall well-being.

Study in Open Environments:

If possible, vary your study environment. Studying in different settings can help prevent monotony and boost your concentration. Consider studying in a library, a quiet café, or even outdoors. Changing your surroundings can stimulate your mind and make learning more engaging.

Give Yourself Rewards:

Break down your study goals into smaller tasks and reward yourself when you achieve them. Treat yourself with a short break, a snack, or any activity you enjoy. Positive reinforcement can motivate you to stay on track and create a positive association with your study sessions.

Practice Mindfulness and Relaxation Techniques:

Incorporate mindfulness and relaxation exercises into your routine. Techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, or progressive muscle relaxation can help calm your nerves and improve your ability to focus. Regular practice of these techniques can enhance your overall well-being.

Create a Vision Board:

Visualize your goals by creating a vision board. Include images and quotes that inspire you and reflect your aspirations. Placing this board in your study area can serve as a constant reminder of the bigger picture, helping you stay focused on your long-term objectives.

Healthy Lifestyle Choices:

Ensure you maintain a healthy lifestyle during exam preparation. Prioritize adequate sleep, a balanced diet, and regular exercise. These factors contribute to improved cognitive function, better concentration, and increased resilience to stress.

Prioritize Self-Care:

Ensure you’re taking care of your physical and mental well-being. Get adequate sleep, maintain a balanced diet, and stay hydrated. A healthy body and mind are better equipped to handle stress.

  Seek Support:

Don’t hesitate to seek support from friends, family, or teachers. Sharing your concerns and discussing your study plan with someone you trust can provide valuable insights and emotional support.

Remember, exams are a part of academic life, and adopting healthy study habits can significantly impact your performance and well-being. By incorporating these strategies into your routine, you can overcome exam phobia and approach your studies with confidence and resilience.
