Being a life coach isn’t just about guiding others—it’s about embarking on a journey of continuous growth, self-discovery, and deep transformation alongside my clients. Every session, every story, every tear, and every breakthrough is a testament to the resilience, strength, and boundless potential that lies within each of us.
As someone who specializes in astrology, numerology, crystal healing, and spiritual practices, my role extends beyond just coaching—it’s about helping people align with their soul’s purpose, break free from limiting patterns, and embrace the divine timing of their lives. Through the years, I have witnessed miracles, transformations, and incredible stories of hope. Here are some of the most profound lessons my clients have gifted me with—lessons that have shaped not only their lives but mine as well.
1. Transformation Begins with Self-Awareness
I once had a client, a successful corporate professional, who seemed to have it all—money, recognition, and a great career. But deep inside, he felt empty. No matter how much he achieved, something always felt missing.
During our sessions, we looked at his birth chart and found Ketu strongly placed. Ketu often makes people question their life’s purpose, and that’s exactly what was happening. He was chasing success but didn’t feel truly fulfilled.
We also noticed he wasn’t practicing gratitude. His life was full, but he never took a moment to appreciate what he had. This constant feeling of “what next?” left him feeling lost.
With small changes, things started shifting. He began practicing gratitude—writing down things he was thankful for and appreciating life’s little joys. He also started helping others through donations and volunteering.
Slowly, he found meaning beyond his career. These simple changes brought him a sense of peace and purpose. Eventually, he even moved towards work he truly loved.
If you want to make gratitude a daily practice, I have curated a very simple Gratitude Journal that you can use effortlessly. Start your journey of thankfulness and see the magic unfold!
2. Courage is Not the Absence of Fear, But the Willingness to Move Forward Anyway
Fear is a constant companion on the journey of life. One of my clients, a single mother, came to me paralyzed with self-doubt. She had been in an emotionally draining relationship, and stepping out of it felt like stepping into the unknown. She wanted to move forward but felt lost and unsure of herself.
During our sessions, I suggested she start meditating with a 7-chakra crystal set to balance and strengthen her energy centers, especially the solar plexus chakra—her center of confidence and personal power. Along with this, she incorporated 7-chakra affirmation cards into her daily routine, reading them every morning and night to reprogram her thoughts and build self-belief.
Each session was a step forward. From making small decisions for herself to finally reclaiming her independence, she transformed in ways she never imagined. She taught me one of the most powerful lessons: Courage isn’t about being fearless; it’s about feeling the fear and still taking action. And when we align with our truth, the universe always supports us in ways beyond our imagination.
3. Perfection is an Illusion, Progress is What Matters
I have seen so many people hold themselves back because they are waiting for the ‘perfect moment’—the perfect job, the perfect relationship, the perfect planetary alignment. One of my clients, Shelija, was a gifted artist, but when she first came to me, she was overwhelmed with self-doubt and scattered thoughts. She had immense talent but refused to share her work because she believed it ‘wasn’t good enough yet.’
Through numerology, we explored her life path number, which revealed her innate potential for creativity and self-expression. I encouraged her to embrace this gift and suggested she use citrine, a crystal known for boosting confidence and abundance, and amazonite, which helps release self-doubt and enhances creative flow. With these, she started aligning her energy with her true potential.
The shift was gradual but powerful. She started a watercolor art page, taking small but consistent steps forward. With time, confidence replaced hesitation. She began sharing her work online, and the response was incredible. Today, her page has over 65,000 followers, and she successfully conducts workshops, inspiring countless others to embrace their creativity.
The lesson? Waiting for perfection is just another way of staying stuck. Take the step, even if it’s small. Progress—not perfection—is what leads to success.
4. Everyone Has Their Own Pace
Healing and growth are not linear. I remember working with a client who wanted immediate change. They wanted to feel better, heal their wounds, and step into a new life—all within a few sessions. But healing doesn’t work like that. It’s like the moon phases—sometimes it’s full and bright, other times it’s hidden and introspective.
We worked with moonstone to embrace patience and divine timing. Over time, they understood that every person has their own rhythm, their own journey. Some take leaps, others take baby steps. The key is to honor where you are and trust that everything is unfolding as it should.
5. The Power of Support is Undeniable
Many people come to me thinking they must walk this journey alone. They believe that spirituality, healing, and personal growth are solitary paths. But time and time again, I’ve seen the magic that happens when people open themselves to support.
One of my clients was struggling with overwhelming emotions. As we talked, I discovered that she was suffering from inner child wounds—deep-seated pain from her past that was now affecting her present. She kept entering the wrong relationships, repeating patterns that left her feeling hurt and unworthy of love.
Through our sessions, we worked on healing her inner child. I suggested she use rhodonite, a powerful crystal for emotional healing and self-worth, along with practicing the Ho’oponopono prayer, a beautiful Hawaiian method of forgiveness and emotional cleansing. She also enrolled in a self-love course, which helped her recognize her true value, set healthy boundaries, and rebuild her confidence.
With time, she started releasing the pain she had carried for years. By embracing self-love and healing, she gained confidence, broke free from toxic patterns, and finally welcomed a happy, loving relationship into her life.
The lesson? No one is an island. We all need love, guidance, and a safe space to heal. True transformation begins when we open our hearts—to ourselves and to the support around us.
Final Thoughts: The Journey of a Life Coach
Every day in my life as a coach is a lesson in humility, empathy, and connection. But before I could hold space for others, I had to walk through my own storms.
I always felt that as long as my father and mother were by my side, I could overcome anything. They were my strength, my protection, my safe haven. But when I lost them both, my world shattered. I was devastated, struggling to make sense of life without their presence.
Slowly, I realized that our life path is already woven with lessons we are meant to face—some in the form of emotional pain, some as challenges that shake us to our core. There is no way to escape them; we can only move through them, learning and growing with each step. My parents were my anchors, but their love, wisdom, and blessings still guide me. Their absence taught me resilience, self-belief, and the strength to carry on.
So if you ever feel lost, remember—your journey is uniquely yours. There is no rush, no perfect timeline, no need to have it all figured out. Trust the process, trust yourself, and trust the universe. Everything is unfolding just as it should, and even in the hardest moments, you are never truly alone.

Dear Dr Neeti,
Trust that this mail finds you well.
I am a 40 year old, widowed mum of 4 children…my husband passed away when I was 36.
I stumbled upon your article today…and was wondering if there is anything that you can do to help me find a career path…
Emotionally, I know I’m struggling…but I’m too strong too allow this to get me down…my greatest fear are the walls I put up to keep out the negative and it’s impact on my relationship with my children.
Would love to hear from you
