They say some journeys begin with passion. Mine began with a helpless “yes.”

I didn’t grow up dreaming of becoming an educator. I didn’t have a chalkboard fantasy or a classroom vision. I became a teacher because my 3-month-old son couldn’t get into the school I believed was right for him. And just like that, with sleepless eyes and a mother’s fierce hope, I stepped into a profession I hadn’t chosen — only to discover that it had, perhaps, chosen me. What began as a temporary solution turned into the deepest love of my life — a love for children, for learning, and for transformation.

From classrooms to corridors of leadership.

As the years unfolded, I evolved from a hesitant teacher to a determined Principal — and eventually, a school founder. I poured my soul into creating institutions that weren’t just about academics, but about nurturing human potential. I had the honour of founding three prominent schools in Gurgaon: Amity International School, K.R. Mangalam, and Mount Olympus School — all by the age of 35. My path took me from rural towns to international arenas, from Hisar to Geneva, from chalkboards to global think tanks. I represented India in professional training programs across China, Australia, the Netherlands, Japan, Brussels, and the U.S., and each experience gave me new tools to enrich the lives I touched back home. But even with accolades, awards, and decades of leadership, there was a quiet yearning that kept whispering to me.

The whisper became a calling. And the calling became my mission.

On 1st August 2022, after dedicating 33 years and 6 months to the field of education, I made a bold decision:

To step away from the titles.
To walk into the unknown.
To dedicate my second innings to transforming lives on a soul level.

That’s how “Nitty Gritty with Dr. Neeti Kaushik” was born — not as a brand, but as a movement. A sacred space where I help individuals awaken to their full potential — emotionally, spiritually, and energetically.

In the span of two years, this mission grew beyond what I had dreamed. From that first video to over 3 million lives touched across the globe — through YouTube, Instagram, podcasts, workshops, and one-on-one sessions.

But because I have walked the storm.
I have cried in silence.
I have broken down and built myself up—again and again.
And through every challenge, I found not just lessons—but light.

And finally, a bow of gratitude…

I owe everything to the unwavering support of my family—my parents, in-laws, husband, son, daughter-in-law, and now, my precious granddaughter. They’ve held space for my dreams when I had none left and stood by me through every reinvention.

To the countless children, parents, educators, seekers, and fellow wanderers who’ve crossed my path—thank you. You shaped me, challenged me, and revealed me to myself.

To God, the Universe, the Source—I am endlessly grateful for this life. For the chaos and the calm. For the nitty gritty of it all.
