The 7 Crystals That Shaped My Journey

Today, I, Dr Neeti Kaushik want to share a special and transformative part of my life with you. Crystals have been more than just beautiful stones for me; they’ve been powerful allies on my journey, helping me become who I am today. Each crystal has a unique story and has played a significant role in various aspects of my life, from my professional endeavors to my personal growth. Let me take you on a journey through the seven crystals that have shaped my path, bringing incredible energy, wisdom, and support.

Clear Quartz

Clear Quartz was the first crystal I was introduced to. Around 20 years ago, a friend gifted it to me. She had bought it from a South Asian country, and at the time, I didn’t know what it was—I just thought it was a beautiful decorative piece. I placed it in my room and felt an inexplicable attraction to it. I always kept it clean and washed it regularly.

After receiving it, my life began to change in remarkable ways. My salary increased, my job designation improved, but I never attributed these changes to the crystal. Then, during a school activity called the Wish Tree, where students wrote their wishes and hung them on a tree, I felt inspired to do the same with my Clear Quartz tree at home. I wrote my wishes and placed them beneath the tree, not wanting others to read them. Miraculously, my wishes came true in a short period of time.

Curious, I researched and discovered that this was no ordinary stone; it was Clear Quartz—the ‘Master Healer’ and ‘Master Manifestor’. This revelation sparked my journey into the world of crystals. Clear Quartz has since become an essential part of my life, and you’ll see me wearing it in every video.

Pyrite

Many years ago, while visiting a shop in Jaipur, I stumbled upon a stunning pyrite cluster. Though I didn’t know the crystal’s name, I was immediately drawn to its beauty. When I asked the shopkeeper, he informed me it was pyrite, also known as Fool’s Gold. Enchanted by its shimmering allure, I decided to purchase it. 

After bringing it into my life, I noticed significant changes. Opportunities seemed to flow my way, and my focus sharpened to the point where I published two series of books. At the time, I was unaware of the care requirements for crystals and made the mistake of washing the pyrite, causing it to lose some of its color. Despite this, I still cherish that pyrite cluster and keep it proudly in my office.

Amethyst

Amethyst has always held a special place in my heart, especially since my dance teacher gifted me an exquisite amethyst angel from Canada. From childhood, I’ve been captivated by angels, finding solace in their presence. I would often talk to this angel and place it under my pillow each night before sleeping. 

This small ritual had a profound impact on my rest, transforming my once troubled nights into a serene slumber. Before, I struggled with sleep so much that I sometimes needed medication. But with my amethyst angel by my side, I found a natural and comforting solution, and my nights became restful and rejuvenating.

Ammonite

After exploring astrology and learning about my karmic relationships, I wanted to heal and improve these connections. That’s when I found the Ammonite crystal. I started wearing it because I learned that it can help with emotional healing and balance. Whenever I feel like a particular relationship needs extra care, I put on the bracelet. It’s been a wonderful tool for me; it helps me let go of old issues, encourage forgiveness, and bring more harmony into my relationships. The Ammonite bracelet has truly supported me in creating stronger and more positive bonds with those around me.

Rhodochrosite

I incorporated Rhodochrosite into my journey of healing, using its gentle energy to release past hurts and mend old wounds. During the full moon, as I engaged in the ritual of letting go, this crystal became a powerful ally in overcoming my emotional baggage. The transformation was profound—within myself and in the eyes of those around me. Friends and family noticed a remarkable shift and remarked on how much I had changed. 

Rhodochrosite helped me release the bitterness that once clouded my heart, allowing me to forgive both others and myself. Today, I view life through a renewed lens, filled with clarity and peace.

Aquamarine

Being an Aquarius and influenced by the moon, my emotions can often feel overwhelming, especially during full moons and new moons. Aquamarine has been instrumental in balancing these emotional tides, helping to calm my emotional triggers and bring a sense of tranquility. 

Its soothing energy supports clear communication and emotional stability, making it an invaluable tool for maintaining inner peace during turbulent times.

Apatite

Apatite is my current favorite bracelet, cherished for its manifestation powers. Known as the Master Manifestor, I’ve used its jaap mala to achieve many of my wishes, including the notable achievement of receiving a YouTube Golden Plate. This crystal has become a beacon of my intentions, helping me focus on and manifest my goals with clarity and determination.

Crystals have been a source of guidance and transformation in my life, each one bringing its own unique energy and support. From enhancing my professional achievements to facilitating personal healing, these seven crystals have become integral to my journey. They remind me of the profound ways in which nature can aid our growth and evolution.
